As a Radisson VIP member, I have stayed at many Radisson properties over the years and service quality is something I value highly. During this trip to St Julian’s I stayed at another nearby hotel because I wanted to try something different, but after visiting Radisson Blu St Julian’s for breakfast I was reminded why I normally choose Radisson.
The breakfast experience was truly excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and high quality food that was well presented and constantly replenished. Everything felt organized and relaxed, exactly what you want to start the day.
What made the experience exceptional was Mathew D.G at the breakfast service. His professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail were outstanding. He made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived and ensured everything was perfect. I actually had to ask for his name because the service and the overall experience were so good that I wanted to make sure he received the recognition he deserves.
This is the kind of service that represents the Radisson brand at its best. It is rare to meet someone who leaves such a positive impression. Mathew D.G’s hospitality alone is a strong reason for me to return. Thanks to him and the excellent breakfast team, Radisson Blu St Julian’s will definitely be my first choice on my next visit to Malta.

Dining with friends and we have amazing time. We truly enjoyed the food and service in le bistro. We cannot find any fault from welcoming us, taking the orders and placing our food which is cooked for perfection. Kuddos to chefs whi prepared perfect food and staff who make sure we are well taking care of. The restaurant far from the busy area of st.julians but will give an oustanding experience. Its definetely a hidden gem. Thank you Ms.gherlyn and your team melinda, marvie for the service provided.

This was our anniversary trip. We informed the reception and they were kind enough to decorate our room (including complimentary cake). All staffs at this hotel are very kind. Breakfast buffet was superb. Staff serving the breakfast accommodated our requests to cook vegan sussages. Indoor swimming pool was fun. Room service Marsha is so good.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson, but the real highlight for me was the breakfast buffet. The selection was excellent — fresh pastries, a great variety of hot and cold options, fresh fruit, and really good coffee. Everything was well presented and constantly replenished.
A special mention goes to Marisa, who was incredibly nice and welcoming. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude really made our mornings even better.
Thank you for such a lovely experience — I would definitely stay again!

It was such a grea pleasure to meet Marisa. Her smile and warmly welcoming were already introducing me to an approachable experience. And so it was. She made everything possible for the chef to prepare me a delicious vegan breakfast. And plus she made sure that the next day when she is off, her colleague Matthew to take over the care. I am so blessed to have met them, their genuine service made me feel like home in a challenging time for me. I will never forget Marisa’s kindness! Thank you! 🙏🏻
