Having an amazing time here for my birthday. Staff are amazing and work so hard. Felix is awesome and always happy to help. Rooms lovely, location is amazing, food is of a good standard. I have no bad comments for this hotel, all has been good. Would return.

My husband and I experience overall was good. The service and entertainment are amazing and all the workers are great and very attentive. Three of their amazing bartenders are Maria, Raul and Yosaira. Like many people have said yes the resort is more for people in their 40-75 so there is not a strong night life. You come to relax! The food was okay definitely not a 5 star in that area and they can do better with the smell in the rooms. But overall it was a good experience because of all the workers since I am in my 30s.

Princess has the best beach, very clean and not crowded. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall a good time. Tip well and they'll take care of you. Ericarmen and the rest of the entertainment team made it a lot of fun just keep an open mind.

The resort is overrated. I don’t know why people give it such a good rating. It was probably good 10 years ago. Not anymore. It’s very outdated, feels like the owners just want to run it to the ground and build a new one once it stops making money. Rooms are terrible. Useless loud A/C. Dirty bathrooms. Hard uncomfortable bed. Moldy smell. Restaurants are very mediocre. House wine is terrible (that’s the only one included). Not all restaurants open every night. Buffet for breakfast and lunch have very limited choice of food. There’s no entertainment at the resort. Only single bar that is supposedly open 24hrs. That’s it. If you are younger than 40, maybe even 50, don’t go there as you will be bored to death. You’d think you want just to have a relaxing vacation, it won’t be relaxing as it’s hard to relax when you can’t get a good night of sleep because how terrible the rooms are. They allow some “vendors” to come and sell you things. It’s a red flag. Who doesn’t want to pay a lot of money to come to a resort and then get harassed into buying some cigars and decorative things at $50 a piece. The staff are friendly, but most of them don’t speak English at all. Still, the staff is the best thing the resort has to offer.

Great staff, very friendly and entertaining. Would recommend 100%. Ericarmen animation is a very excellent entertainer and get you involved. All in all a great experience for the second time. Also, I have to add that my go to man for any help or questions I have had is Luis. He is amazing. This was my second trip there, the last was in 2019. Would you believe that as soon as he seen me, he remembered me and come right to me with arms open. 5 years passed and he did not forget me. He would check on me daily and make sure I had everything I needed. I left my charger home and he would come to me daily with a charger for my phone and asked me to return it when I was finished with it that day. Note: he didn't own the charger he supplied to me but would ask his friend for it to make sure I was taken care of. This is just one of the examples of how great of a man he has been to me. And another note: he never did ask or even expect a tip, he done it from the goodness of his heart ❤️. When we return to this resort, he will be the biggest contributing factor to my return.
