Amazing hotel 🤩
We had 6 beautiful days at Puerto Palace at the end of January.
Everything was fantastic especially the garden with the pools. The garden was like a well kept park, very clean, green and lush.
We had a great room on the 3 floor with stunning views to garden/pools and all the way to Teide.
We had lunch and dinner included and we loved it. The food was delicious and nicely presented.
The entire staff was very helpful and friendly always.
We will love to come back 😃

Lovely place to stay! Can make many nice meals out of the food provided for half board, lots of cheese and vegetarian options.
Walk to the beach is not too far (25 mins) but it is down some steep hills so would not recommend if you struggle with mobility.
Lovely cocktails here, live music and mini golf

There is NO A/C on the rooms and on the dining room, they charge extra at dinner for water! We paid for diner and water was not included. the water on the shower is switching between hot and cold, most of the the gust are very old 🙂.
On the good side, they saved us dinner on the night we arrived

The hotel itself is really nice. Rooms are tiny, but beds comfortable, we unfortunately had twin beds together as a couple, but we should have asked beforehand. A little disappointed, since there was no sun on the balcony, from where the seaview was really beautiful.
The breakfast was excellent, nice selection of fruit, fried food, different kinds of eggs, breads and more. Dinner was rather bland, not to my taste. The bar was quite nice, rather expensive, and the food was quite disappointing. The staff was very lovely though!
Pool area is gorgeous, water a little cold and the kids pool in January the whole day in the shadow, so it was way too cold to play in.
Was a little surprised that one has to pay extra for the use of the safe in the room.
The location is the biggest problem, it gives a nice view, but since the way to the water is very very steep, it's a bit of an effort, and pretty hard with either kids, stroller or if you are not fit. There are barely any restaurants close by, so if you want to see anything besides the pool, you need to have this walk or have a car.
Extra thank you to the cleaning staff, they were sooooo lovely and friendly and did a great job daily!

Service need a little work on . I think they don't have enough staff . On happy hour they never there when you need to order something. You need to go to the bar to order what you need . Takes ages to bring final bill.
Location very nice and quiet.
Food lovely and fresh. Every day something new on menu.
Overall we enjoyed our stay .
