The apartment was spacious, clean, and in good condition. The cleaning lady came every two days, which was a nice touch and kept everything tidy. However, I did experience quite a bit of noise very late at night and early in the morning. When I mentioned it at reception, the lady I spoke with was quite hostile and unhelpful, even suggesting that I should call emergency services the next time the noise wakes me up.
Overall, it’s a comfortable place with good amenities, but the noise issue and the unprofessional attitude at reception made the stay less pleasant than expected.

An average place for a stay,not luxurious,but reception friendly and helpful safety deposit box is free 5 euro deposit refunded after your stay rooms possibly need some updating especially the outer doors but if you want 5 star luxury you can stay in other hotels and pay more.
A pleasant stay overall the pool is well maintained and sun beds readily available cleaners go into your room twice a week,so more relaxed.
Stayed for one week and would stay again as it's a good base for the surrounding area and close to the beach and other amenities.

The apartments are very basic but very clean. Fresh towels every day. Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. The pool bar is great and the service we received from Olivia has been exceptional. The pool bar has a lovely menu and the food is excellent. We are hoping to return again soon. Thank you to everyone at the Puerto Caleta.

We stayed here in 3 apartments with 7 adults and 2 toddlers. From 19th - 29th June. Communication with Olga prior to our stay to request ground floor but not road side apartments because of toddlers in 2 of the apartments was great. She ensured we had these. Although the apartments are very basic they are clean. Clean linen and towels changed regularly. The apartments do suffer from the little white ants but my parents who live on Fuerteventura also get these. So no big deal just use food bags etc and clean up spills. We did get the odd cockroach but again they tend to like drains. The pool was cleaned daily but it’s very cold. Plenty of sun loungers. Soft drinks at the bar are expensive. Hippidino is 2 mins away at the rear’ You do need to hire a kettle and toaster but we shared between 2 rooms. Safe key is 5€ and refundable. If you want 5 star luxury don’t stay here. If you want basic, with a good location… Don’t look at the negative reviews and be put off. We have been a lot to see my folks and just need a base! And for that it’s perfect!

Our 5th time here!! Amazing as always. I really can not understand the negative reviews especially with insects we are in Spain!! The apartments are clean and good value for money with cleaners in every 2 days. Great pool area with lovely staff at the pool bar. If you want a budget holiday with a place to stay very central to all of the shops, bars and beach then stay here!
Easy check in and check out. We always enjoy our time here such a great apartment complex. Will always come back here. It also feels very very safe here! Thank you Puerto Caleta!! 5****😁😁
