Fantastic hotel. Great room, very clean, everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Bedding and towels supplied. No shower gel or shampoo is supplied.
The 2 swimming pools are lovely but do get very busy in July. You have to reserve sunbeds which we didn't do, but we managed to grab some in the afternoon when people started to leave. You can go in the pool without a sunbed obviously. The restaurants were good value for money and always open. There is a bar which you can access from the pool and drink your drinks while in the water which is a nice touch. There are 2 pool tables open until 10pm and a mini supermarket on site. The location is perfect. Right next to the beach and loads of shops. I would definitely recommend this place!

Just returned from a week here. Was dubious due to other reviews but we absolutely can not fault it. Location was perfect. Bookable sunbeds so no mad dash.
We was in block O floor 1 room 3. The apartment was a tad dated but very clean and roomy. We had a partial sea view which was lovely. Supermarket was great with fresh produce daily. Pool bar reasonably priced. On site food was good too. 3 gated entrances depending on which way you wanted to go.Staff lovely. Pools good. We would return.

It’s a nice hotel right on the front and right next to the beach, with loads of restaurants and shops nearby.
The staff are great, the rooms get cleaned every 2 days so Day 3, Day 5, Day 7 etc.
However, the sunbed situation is a bit odd, but it keeps people from reserving sun beds and not using them, so you have to reserve a sunbed with the pool attendant a day in advance, and if you don’t use it you lose it which is good.
There’s also pool activities going on such as water polo, water aerobics, the mat run across and other stuff that are good for kids.
In my opinion, the pool wasn’t as clean as it could be, but that may be due to being there later in the day etc.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were very pleased, would recommend as it’s a great price in a great location.

It was ok, wouldn't stay here again though. Staff were nice enough but our room was situated above the on-site restaurant. We heard tables/chairs being dragged across floors as early as 6:30am and as late as 1am most nights (although there's apparently strict noise rules implace for 2200hrs in place) Busy pool bit small so we didn't bother. Our room was mopped and bed made 3 times in 10 days. You can hear other residents through the walls too easily. Office isnt open on weekends so you need late check out you better think way in advance. The Elvis bar over the road was the final nail in the coffin. Couldn't enjoy the ocean breeze at night as those melts on karaoke until 2am forced us to shut our windows, the €10 per night for a/c...
Cockroaches in the room twice (were not too squeamish but not nice) We would happily spend more and use a hotel further into adeje

Perfect location for all areas. Rooms tidy and well looked after. No fighting for sun beds. Excellent restaurants all directions especially the sun in at sunset bay. Sunday roast better than home and good size portions.
