Stayed at Princess Andriana Resort & Spa recently and overall we had a good holiday, especially because our 3-year-old daughter had a great time.
The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and very clean, with great pool areas and plenty of sun loungers. The à la carte restaurants Moonlight and Roku were excellent, especially the cocktails and service. The fresh pasta and salad stations in the buffet were also really good.
However, for a 5-star hotel there are several areas that need improvement. The buffet food was tasty but lacked variety, with the same options repeated most days. The kids’ waterpark pool was freezing cold, making it difficult for younger children to stay in the water for long.
The biggest issue for us was that the hotel feels understaffed. Staff were always friendly and hardworking, but service often felt rushed in bars, reception, housekeeping and the buffet during busy times. Housekeeping was also inconsistent from day to day.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay but for the price point I expected more consistency and a better overall 5-star experience. Personally, I’d rate it 6/10.

What a wonderful place, from the location, hotel and amazing staff. Everything was spotless, room, communal area, restaurants and round the pool.
It's the best all inclusive food I've ever had, great selection, plenty of it and always hot. Special mention to Spiros, Medallion restaurant manager, always had time for guests, friendly and approachable. I looked forward to chatting with him every meal time !! Also a heartfelt thank you to Rula who sorted a couple of very minor issues for us with efficiency and a beautiful smile. My only disappointment is that I can't remember the name of the waiter/manager of the main bar. Friendly, attentive and got me drunk on a couple of evenings, top man.
All in all an amazing place to visit, I genuinely hope to return in the very near future. To conclude I really can't think of any negatives to our stay...... Other than it wasn't long enough !!!!!!

Absolute amazing experience!
I was at the hotel at the end of September 2025, the weather was great, and the water in the pool and the beach excellent.
The rooms are very large, with a great bed and a porch, and all the amenities one could desire - the mini fridge is filled daily with all kinds of soda, beer and water, tea and coffee, and the cleaning team is great.
The food is exceptional, especially breakfast and dinner with various themes. I was at the Italian restaurant one night, it's very easy to reserve on the app.
Everyone is very nice and helpful, there's a bus to Lindos right outside, and many tourist shops and some restaurants.
Amazing hotel and environment, most recommended!!

Amazing, just amazing. Everything about this hotel is perfect.
Even though we went towards the end of the season (October) you wouldn't have been able to tell.
The staff where extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. We have been to other hotels at the end of season and have not been met with the same service.
The food had a wide delicious variety. Everything was labelled to let you know if there weren't any types of allergens. The other restaurants on site where just as luxurious as the main buffet restaurant.
The entertainment was fabulous.
Easy access to the local bus to Lindos and Rhodes old town.
Beautiful pebble beach.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and I can't wait to come back again.
Thank you to all the members of staff for making out holiday as wonderful as it was.

Lovely hotel, generally friendly staff, but our visit was right at the end of the season and some staff had obviously worked for a long time.
Only one main, self-service restaurant, but it was the best all-inclusive food we've ever had.
The speciality restaurants were small and incredibly difficult to book, we tried as soon as we arrived!!
The beach was a short walk, it had sunbeds, lifeguard and there was a snack bar.
The water slides at the hotel were in 3 categories according to height. There was plenty of choice of pools.
The rooms were spacious and modern, with tea-making facilities (a must for me), the mini-bar seemed to be topped up most days.
The only thing I'd really moan about was the volume of the evening entertainment around the pool. We had our four year old granddaughter and 6 month old grandson in the party, our granddaughter particularly complained about the noise when she was settling down to sleep.
Location is great if you just want to stay in site. Lindos is 15 - 20 minutes away and well worth a visit, but Rhodes town is about 1 hour 10 minutes away and the airport about an hour by private transfer (€90-100).
I'd recommend staying but if you've got small children I wouldn't want to overlook the main swimming pool.
