I can't fault anything, the cleanest hotel I have ever been in and they offer more services then any other hotel they will even wash your clothes and return them at no cost . Room service was great. The restaurant changes each night for a different style buffet but has general things even fussy people can eat. The swimming pools are massive and plenty of chairs no need to get up super early to find one. The staff always say hello and are always smiling they can't do enough for you . You can swap out your towels as many times as you like at the pool hut. I would 100% recommend this hotel .

Great and luxurious resort on the perfect location on Lanzarote!
The rooms are all quite big suites. The hotel is clean, well maintained and has a lot of facilities. The room cleaning is also good, and in the evening, they have an extra bed making service coming by.
There were quite some people, but it didn't feel busy. They have 3 big pools, 1 with sea water and some smaller ones for kids. And they have a jacuzzi.
If you walk down from the pools, you can walk directly to the beach, which is directly next to the resort.
The gym is very big and had everything we needed.
We really loved the breakfast. They have 3 rooms with different ambience, but the same food, so you can choose where you want to eat in the morning. They also really have a lot of options.
The staff helped us very well and they always were friendly.
We really enjoyed our stay and we think this is worth the money.

An absolutely brilliant stay from start to finish.
We were given a warm welcome by Alessio, Victoria and guest relations.
As you enter the hotel you feel so warm and welcomed and luxurious too.
We went bed and breakfast and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The service is excellent and the food amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff at this gorgeous hotel.
The rooms are amazing and so are the beds pillows and cleanliness.
A huge and special thank you to Alessio and Victoria and we will no doubt return

This place is well run and maintained, great staff, geared up to look after people from all demographics but especially families with small children. Brilliant. We’ll be back for sure. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options and well run. Everyone we spoke with was helpful. And we met plenty of other people who were returning guests, I can see why. Special thanks to the cleaning staff, breakfast staff at both venues and the staff by the family pool and in soft play. Well done to you all, bravo.

Traveling with a young child can be nerve-wracking, especially when you want a luxurious break, but Princess Yaiza Hotel truly delivers. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service not just to us but to our child as well—something we really appreciated. The animation team and Kikoland facilities are outstanding, with fantastic activities for every age group.
The pools are pristine, the rooms are spacious and welcoming, and the food is delicious. The restaurant staff went above and beyond, offering to clean our daughter’s baby plates and even warm her milk. If you’re looking for a beautiful, family-friendly hotel nestled between the Marina and Playa Blanca, this is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!
