We had a great time at this hotel in February. On arrival, we organised a room upgrade and while we were waiting discovered the soft play area between reception and the restaurants, staffed by one of the animation team. The kids loved it and it set the tone for the rest of the wonderful holiday.
The kids club is fantastic, the best we've encountered as a family. It was sad for me to have to say goodbye to some of the staff who put so much love and effort into making the kids' time special.
The guest experience, reception and waiting staff were all terrific. The room was spacious, well maintained and we loved the style. The hotel facilities and food exceeded expectations and, the icing on the cake, the location is perfect for experiencing everything within Playa Blanca.
We would definitely come back again :)

What a great hotel first time in Lanzarote and so glad we booked this hotel as it had everything we needed the food options were great right opposite the beach, multiple swimming pools
And plenty of things to do for the children. The family suite was perfect with two bedrooms and a mini kitchenette we had a sink, fridge, kettle, microwave and coffee machine. We had a balcony view of the pool and plenty of things close by. The breakfast buffet had plenty of food options and a local mini supermarket right outside to buy. Would highly recommend the hotel. Tennis courts paddle ball and gym were all great.

Lovely Italian restaurant serving excellent wines as well as a Teppanyaki/Sushi.
restaurant cooking food as you watch.
Rooms are all suites with separate sitting areas to bedrooms.
Bubbly on arrival plus bottle of fizz and lovely chocolates if fortunate to have a birthday while staying.
Shopping experiences inside the hotel plus hairdressing, spa and swimming pools.
Have been 3 times and will definitely revisit.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this hotel truly deserves recognition for an amazing experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were spacious with all the amenities you could need. I celebrated my birthday here, and they went above and beyond to make it memorable. The food options were excellent, especially the Japanese specialty restaurant. The hotel is right by the beach and just a short walk from the harbour. Like many others, I’ll definitely be returning. In fact, I’ve already rebooked for next year.

Recently spent 5 nights at the hotel. It was fantastic. The staff were helpful and the hotel itself very good with great facilities whether you want a quiet or active time. Its location is also ideal. Food and drinks great and at reasonable prices.
