A Beautiful Stay with Stunning Ocean Views
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. From the balcony, you can watch the waves crash against the rocky shore – a truly mesmerizing sight.
The room was clean, peacefully arranged, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes.
The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

Thank you to the wonderful team at Precise Hotel for a successful stay between 05/08 and 12/08.
The staff are polite and courteous. I particularly enjoyed my interactions with Mary. Some staff here speak English, particularly on the reception desk: this is impressive given the majority of guests are Spanish speaking.
The rooms, though not luxury, are well-equipped, with safes, fridges, air conditioning and Espresso machines. The showers worked well in the main. A pleasing standard, though keep an eye on scuff marks on the wall. Just a bit of TLC needed in places.
The breakfast was satisfactory, with my highlight being the salad selection. Some of the hot options would have benefitted from higher quality ingredients. Also, some of the tables were missing cutlery by 09-30.
Some great wider facilities to note, such as the swimming pools, gardens and mini golf. They didn't feel crowded either.
Overall, a very solid 4 star rating - I would most definitely return.

Very friendly staff, great views across the hotel. Many activities to do such as tennis, mini golf, etc. If that’s what you like. Quite far from Puerto de la Cruz, need a taxi to come back every time. The rooms are quite bad though for a 4* hotel. The ceiling fan did not work. The room itself is a bit small and the bathroom is even smaller. The TV is quite old and has no softwares such as YouTube Netflix, or even a phone screen mirroring feature to make up for it. No toothbrushes and toothpaste, have to go buy some at the nearby Lidl… The showering products are VERY bad. Would advise not using them and buying some yourself. The shower gel and shampoo are two in one…. They’re quite harsh on the skin and hair. Conditionner is not great either. No ironing tool to iron our freshly unpacked clothes from the luggage. Breakfast is just okay but not great.
It’s overall a nice hotel but quite overpriced for what it provides and is definitely not a 4* hotel or at least it didn’t meet my expectations compared to other 4* hotels I’ve been to (especially the rooms, I’ve had better rooms in 2/3 stars hotels).

A fantastic stay! The service and customer attention were impeccable, making every moment truly enjoyable. The free access to mini golf and swimming pools is a great added value that made the experience even more fun and relaxing. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and entertainment away from the city center!

Pluses: Friendly staff!

Beautiful garden and pools
Food for breakfast so-so, no taste. Even sweet bakery was not tasty (cake, donuts)
Minuses:
The huge pillows above the bed. It's very uncomfortable and weird feelings about it.like somebody is above you all the time when you sleeping.
Not comfy sleeping pillows.
Double bed is just 2 beds together, but its not double bed.
Broken balcony door that cannot be locked.
But the worst it was maintenance repairing for at least 3 hours maybe more but lucky we checked out that day.
But what about very loud hammer drill sound when you stay at the hotel?! Never had such experience. at least they had to warn people. You start the morning in the hotel with hammer drill sound.. “wonderful”.. it absolutely ruined the experience of staying at this hotel.
