A fantastic stay! The service and customer attention were impeccable, making every moment truly enjoyable. The free access to mini golf and swimming pools is a great added value that made the experience even more fun and relaxing. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and entertainment away from the city center!

The hotel is big and beautiful. It rises on a mountain and has a wonderful view of the sea. There is a but! The bed linen in the room has not been changed in a week. And the towels are not changed! The floors are not washed. There is no bottle of water.

Beautiful garden and pools
Food for breakfast so-so, no taste. Even sweet bakery was not tasty (cake, donuts)
Minuses:
The huge pillows above the bed. It's very uncomfortable and weird feelings about it.like somebody is above you all the time when you sleeping.
Not comfy sleeping pillows.
Double bed is just 2 beds together, but its not double bed.
Broken balcony door that cannot be locked.
But the worst it was maintenance repairing for at least 3 hours maybe more but lucky we checked out that day.
But what about very loud hammer drill sound when you stay at the hotel?! Never had such experience. at least they had to warn people. You start the morning in the hotel with hammer drill sound.. “wonderful”.. it absolutely ruined the experience of staying at this hotel.

A wonderful resort.
Kind and welcoming reception staff, and restaurant staff that went the extra mile to accommodate our needs (shout out to Carlos!)
The food was lovely, the swimming pools never overcrowded, and the big highlight was the immense garden. Dotted with plants, flowers, little streams of water, and even a pet chicken! The location is sublime - on a cliff with a stunning view of the surrounding landscape.
The only slight disappointment were the rooms. Tired and worn out, with truly uncomfortable mattresses.
Having said that, I would definitely go back. I can afford some bad sleep on holiday ha!

The food was fulfilling and enjoyable, with every meal leaving me satisfied. The pool area was also enjoyable, offering a nice spot to relax and cool off during the warm days.

Precise Resort Hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking a lively, relaxing getaway in Tenerife. While the facilities are not overly luxurious, the vibrant atmosphere, outstanding staff, and breathtaking views more than make up for it.
