This hotel exceeded what we were expecting.
Firstly, the staff were very welcoming from start to finish, which always is the minimum regardless of the hotel standards (as even a B&B which isn't the best can get 5 stars if the staff are polite and respectful).
Now, let's delve into the many beauties of this hotel;
1) Location - The hotel has many lovely views to relax around the hotel, when your taking a break from touring the Island. It is beautifully positioned on the cliffs over looking the ocean, and the view from our rooms was amazing, and I believe any room would have it's own stunning outlook of the island. It is also a short 5-10 minute walk to Loro Parque which is well worth a visit.
2) Services - It has 3 lovely pools, one which is heated and one surrounded by beautiful greenery although not heated (as I found out 😭😂). I was surprised by the standard of the FREE gym and how much it had in there. We didn't use any of the other recreational activities but there were a few choices from crazy golf, tennis, paddle & even table tennis situated around the hotel. There was also their own hairdressers and some type of spa treatment available which adds to the experience of the Island & hotel. We decided to walk into town via differing routes, but there is also a free bus into the town available which is very useful if you don't want to walk. Or you can rent a car directly from the hotel as well as tours which is ideal if you don't want to hunt around.
3) Rooms - We booked a family room and was happy with the 2 rooms we ended up with as it allowed daughter to have her own space and own balcony. We also were able to make the most out of our room. Both rooms were exceptionally clean and were regularly cleaned every morning by staff, with bed sheets, towels etc all changed which makes each nights stay feel as new as the last day. The big plus is the big fan above the bed which made sure that scorching heat could be maintained, that's before I mention there being air con in the room. Both being something we weren't expecting, but we actually got both in each room.
If you are planning to stay somewhere north, or specifically Puerto De La Cruz, I really recommend this hotel and I promise you would not feel let down. We planned to never stay the same place twice, but we certainly will be returning to this beautiful hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Precise Resort. The location alone makes it worth it. The hotel is just a few steps from the ocean, the cliffs, so you get amazing views all around. The dining area especially has a fantastic view, and having breakfast or dinner while looking at the ocean was honestly one of our favorite parts.
Breakfast and dinner were both great. There’s plenty of choice, and some dishes are prepared right in front of you Like tuna steaks in the evening, eggs or omelettes in the morning. Definitely worth adding both breakfast and dinner to your stay.
Parking wasn’t an issue at all. There’s a lot of free public parking around the hotel, and we always found a spot.
There’s also a heated pool right outside, which was perfect after a long day of exploring.
We stayed in a family room for four with a mountain view, and the view was surprisingly beautiful. Another nice bonus: there are paddle tennis courts right next to the hotel. You can book a slot, and we were lucky to get one straight away.
The staff at the reception were friendly and spoke good English. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was clean, and the lobby area felt tidy and welcoming.
Overall, a very good hotel in a perfect location, we would happily stay here again.

A Beautiful Stay with Stunning Ocean Views
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. From the balcony, you can watch the waves crash against the rocky shore – a truly mesmerizing sight.
The room was clean, peacefully arranged, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes.
The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

Yeah it’s about four * Good reception area and well maintained in good shape with friendly helpful staff at all levels. Enjoyed a variety of breakfasts every morning. Nice swimming lounging area’s inside and out. Daily room cleaning and top ups. 30 min stroll into old town.

Thank you to the wonderful team at Precise Hotel for a successful stay between 05/08 and 12/08.
The staff are polite and courteous. I particularly enjoyed my interactions with Mary. Some staff here speak English, particularly on the reception desk: this is impressive given the majority of guests are Spanish speaking.
The rooms, though not luxury, are well-equipped, with safes, fridges, air conditioning and Espresso machines. The showers worked well in the main. A pleasing standard, though keep an eye on scuff marks on the wall. Just a bit of TLC needed in places.
The breakfast was satisfactory, with my highlight being the salad selection. Some of the hot options would have benefitted from higher quality ingredients. Also, some of the tables were missing cutlery by 09-30.
Some great wider facilities to note, such as the swimming pools, gardens and mini golf. They didn't feel crowded either.
Overall, a very solid 4 star rating - I would most definitely return.
