We've been returning to Prainha Clube Hotel for many years. What we like most about coming slightly out of season is that it's peaceful and relaxing, yet still hot enough to enjoy the weather. The people we've built friendships with over the years are so kind; that is another reason why we keep returning. We've created some beautiful memories and visited some fantastic places of interest. The resort is exactly what we need, the rooms are good both in terms of size and standard. They have pictures in each room showing the hotel being built and the vision they had way back then. The rooms with uninterrupted sea views are fantastic. We've been lucky enough to stay in the penthouse, which is excellent, too and includes 360-degree panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. The infinity pool is excellent; they have two pools. Great for the kids, and the beach is a 5-10 minute walk straight out of the hotel. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, or you can get a taxi, a 5-minute drive into Alvor, where you'll find the restaurants, marina, bars, and shops. I would highly recommend Prainha Clube.

We were in for a surprise. The resort is absolutely stunning, don’t judge the resort by its 3* resort rating. The rooms are huge and every room has a separate living area, balcony and kitchen. The resort is extremely vast with access to 3 beaches from within the resort. Some beaches feel like private beaches and are absolutely stunning. Would recommend 10/10!

We stayed there for a last minute holiday to Alvor in a self-catered apartment. It was brilliant! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were perfect for what we were after. The resort itself is amazing, it has different pools and restaurants and even a small shop with all the things you need for breakfast and more! The beach is in walking distance with some seriously breathtaking cliffs and beaches! Definitely would go there again with family.
