Rooms are spacious and very clean. Hotel is close enough to the front but far enough back away from the noise.
Hotel is a Spanish hotel, meaning a lot of Spanish people holiday there (which says how good this place is. Not many young people here, more of a mature sector. Staff are amazing. From the cleaners to management, all very helpful and smiling (even through the country power cut). Food is a mixture of continental and English type food, plenty to chose from. Sunbathing area has the sun from morning till the early evening. Will definitely be going again. 👍

We stayed for as month at the Vista Ora in Feb and had a great time ! Francesco and the reception staff are really helpful and speak English !
The rooms were good fairly comfortable more hangers needed though 🤣 and a payable key safe!
On the balcony was a clothes airer so don’t need a line for smalls !
The food was varied and there was always something you could eat !!
The waiting staff were amazing and attended to every need .
There are games in the afternoon hosted by Jason who is English but fluent in Spanish !!
I’d recommend a room at the front near the pool as there’s a school next door so can be noisy but fine !
Please take slippers as no carpets and shoes are very disturbing at night!!
There are excursions available but pick up is a taxi ride away or 15 min walk !
This hotel is about 10 min stroll to the beach where you can find plenty of cafes and shops but keep an eye on yr bag but there were usually police patrolling which was reassuring !!
We had a lovely sunny stay the warmth improving every day !

Room was spotless and bed was really comfortable best beds we've slept in,food was not to our liking only some pudding was lovely,we don't drink so only had tea and water , breakfast was the best part of the meals ,we hardly had anything for lunch and dinner my husband had chips mainly and I had salad ,Sunday lunch there was nothing to eat what we both liked so had pudding ,Sunday dinner we only had a piece of chicken ,the staff were lovely and the cleaners were good, done our rooms every day, weather was terrible cold and rain ,it would of been lovely if we had more English meals and the weather was better otherwise we would of had a great time,we wouldn't go to benidorm again, but couldn't fault the hotel it's lovely ,we was on the 5th floor which we could of done with a lower floor as my husband has an inhaler and I have a bad knee ,good job there was a lift but if it broke down we would of been stuck as we both couldn't climb the stairs to the 5th floor or down ,could do with tea, coffee making facilities with kettle, there is a fridge in the rooms and a safe and wardrobe,we paid way over the price for our vacation,we spoke to other guests and they all said they paid just over a thousand pounds we paid way more than that for all inclusive, our first time abroad and it was my birthday and the staff gave me a bottle of bubbly and 2 glasses which was lovely of them as it was a big 60th celebration

Just back from an amazing week over the New Year. From checking in we were made to feel so welcome by the staff, who I have to say fo above and beyond making sure you have everything you need to enjoy your holiday with them.
The rooms were spacious, fresh, and cleaned every day. The restaurant is immaculate, the staff are so happy and helpful. The food is varied every day with plenty to choose from. The hotel put on a New Years Eve gala which was such good fun and was inclusive for all guests regardless of nationality. The location is lovely and central whether you want old town or new town and is only a few minutes walk from the beach.
We will definitely be revisting this hotel.
Thank you for making our holiday so special

Rooms are a little dated, but very clean. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Location is just on the edge of party central, but its quite with the balcony doors closed and the airrcon on. I recommend 18c for sleeping and comfort.
