10 day holiday, April 2024. Fab holiday, hotel, staff, food brilliant. Only negatives, outside pool freezing cold and I mean freezing. It was entertaining watching people try to attempt going in. Lifts were frustrating too. Prior to going we saw many poor reviews regarding food. I honestly can not understand this, food to all tastes and good quality. Salads beautiful and lots of choices, meats always plenty to choose from, chicken, beef and pork. Fish dishes also. Rooms spacious, clean and plenty of hanging space, fridge and safe (chargeable).

We have been to this hotel several times now. Our last visit was booked very last minute and was a really good price for all inclusive. The rooms are fine but we don't like the glass bathrooms. We did request a fully enclosed bathroom which we got. The problem with it though is the shower leaks all over the floor. We had to use the towels all the time to soak up the water!! This has happened on previous stays and never seems to be resolved. You can tell from the flooring it is an on going problem. The food is okay, one evening there was ox tail which looked like bones in a sauce and a pork dish which looked like pigs trotters!!! As others have said the staff are lovely and everywhere is very clean. The hotels position is great and the entertainment seems to have improved. We would probably stay again if we visit Benidorm in the future

We stayed here in February 2024 and were very pleased with the hotel which was clean and comfortable throughout. Staff were without exception friendly, polite and efficient. We had a fabulous view over the bay and it's very close to the seafront. There was a great choice of salads which suits me as a vegetarian. Not all foods were labelled though and this would be helpful please. Otherwise everything was lovely and highly recommended. Thanks to all concerned.

Stayed 1 week in February 2024. Loved it. Food very good. Location superb. Staff very helpful and friendly. I'd highly recommend. Yes the lifts are different as in you simply select what floor you require BEFORE you enter and the system tells you which lift to get into. So easy! It's tempting to get into the 1st lift that arrives but that doesn't work.

This hotel is situated in a nice spot right next to beach and close to the main strip. We were there for a week all inclusive and found the food quite repetitive, okay if you like fish and prawns. Disappointed that there was not a great selection at the salad bar. This is the first all inclusive hotel that I have stayed in that does not offer any snacks between meals,if you are peckish you have to eat out. The reception and bar are on the same level and the toilets are located on the upper floor and if you are disabled you have to take the lift to access them. The room was bright and clean but the shower leaked water all over the floor. The hotel said it offered tea and coffee facilities in the room but there was never any coffee or complimentary water offered, tea bags only. Sorry to say we would not return to this hotel.
