Excellent stay.party of 10 age range from 7 - 73 . This hotel catered for everyone. Very helpful, polite staff ,lovely breakfast, great location and brilliant big rooms. Everything spotless. We would all definitely recommend.
We were all celebrating my mum and dad's 50th wedding anniversary and my dad's birthday. The personal touch made our week . Thankyou very much for for everything and helping to create such lovely memories for my family.

First time at the fariones suites as we usually go to the fariones apartments, but we got a good deal for 12 nights. We booked a sea view suite which was lovely, but that’s probably where it ended as to me a sea view is a view of the ocean with nothing obscuring the view. We had palm trees right in front of us in room 443 so to me it’s a partial sea view. TV channels kept losing signal, had a microwave in the room but that’s it, no plates or cutlery, Pointless really.
Sunbed warriors were out in force, which i noticed some people putting towels on at 5.30 in the morning and laying on them in there dressing gowns before they go to breakfast. How sad!
Breakfast was very nice indeed, there is so much to choose from, with hot and cold food to smoothies, even fresh cookies 😀 to much to list what they had on offer.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned every day and beds made. I think they changed the sheets every 3/4 days.
It is a very nice hotel but they should be quite clear on stating there sea view rooms which are obscured by trees, as if i knew this i would not of booked.
Would i return to this hotel? Yes but not at the prices they’re charging, I prefer the fariones apartments. It’s nearly half the price and just as good without the view.

We are just back from a fantastic relaxing outstanding 12-day holiday it was not long enough! The hotel was immaculate throughout from the top floor right down to the toilets on the ground floor, the flowers and plants throughout the building is a beautiful tropical touch to it. We stayed in the superior select which gave us access to the roof top sun lounges and the mini bar and snacks throughout the day. The room was huge with a large bathtub in the middle of the room and sliding doors if you wanted a shower with a view! Aside from that, the staff from the head staff at the reception to the waiters and waitresses, bar staff, cleaning staff literally everyone there, and apologies if I missed out, you were all fantastic the place is a credit to you all. Clean, beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, bright airy, comfortable beds, the hairdryer is fantastic I brought my GHD hairdryer never took it once, excellent quality ones in the room. Slept like a log as well, the building blocks out the noise of outdoors and you never heard anyone on the corridors it was so peaceful but in the heart of it all. Food was lush we had breakfast only as we do like to go out and explore places for our evening meals. Lads and lasses let’s just say you will be going home easily a dress size up! There was everything there, from savoury to sweet to healthy to cereals and breads from all over the world, fresh cooked breakfasts and eggs that be made into anything you want. It really was wonderful a luxurious relaxing holiday. We have just booked for next year!! We can’t wait:)

I truly cannot recommend this hotel enough. I first stayed here when I was one, came multiple times during my childhood, and just back from another stay aged 24. The magic of this hotel is still the same as it was every time I stayed as a child, the staff couldn’t do more for you, they’re the most approachable and friendly people! It’s a family feel hotel, a home away from home. Special mention to the amazing cleaners and pool bar staff who went above and beyond to make our holiday unforgettable. Already looking forward to returning next year, and hopefully I’ll be able to come with my future family one day! It is impossible to not fall in love with this hotel, thank you all for the most amazing time. Tears were shed when I was leaving!

I am currently in the hotel, and leaving tomorrow. I booked a 5 night solo stay because I simply needed some R&R. The hotel is beautiful - unlike any I have stayed in before. The staff are all wonderful and very polite, a special shout out to Fernanda, Gerardo and Alba in the restaurant. So helpful and smiley couldn't do enough for you. The location is brilliant direct beach access. The pool area is clean and well maintained. The rooms are quiet. And if you want more of a private bathing area you can pay to upgrade to "select" for the day and use the rooftop pool and sun loungers. I am already contemplating coming back. Thank you for a wonderful stay/experience it was just what I needed. Oh and one more thing! The hotel is incredibly accessible and inclusive! Which is fantastic as there were lots of wheelchair users which was fab to see x
