Great hotel and the staff were very friendly. It was nice to have a bottle of cava and chocolates waiting in the room on my birthday after coming back after a morning out, which was a lovely surprise! This really made my day as the weather was not much to talk about..thankyou to the management team!! Would definitely recommend staying here. Room - we upgraded to ensure that we had a sea view which was not costly. Food ..excellent! Cost of the hotel to stay...reasonable for what we had. Located in the heart of the shops including clothing, perfumes and a supermarket, so a win, win if you enjoy shopping Downside..parking onsite would have been 16 euros per night but there was, if you got there early enough, on street parking with a short walk back to the hotel.

Stayed here for 10 days and would highly recommend it. The hotel is cleaned to a high standard and the staff are all very friendly, helpful and polite. We enjoyed our meals in the hotel. Freshly cooked omelette in the morning, and then fish or meat cooked to order in the evening. Plenty of choice on the buffet too.
There was entertainment every evening, some we enjoyed more than others but that is personal choice. On Valentine's Day we were entertained during dinner by a duo called Benito and Elsa who were very good. Elsa, in particular, had a beautiful voice. Then afterwards a duo from South Africa called Code Red were also very good.
The hotel was right on the beach which we liked and the sunbeds and umbrellas were very reasonably priced (they are not owned by the hotel). It was also well situated for walks in either direction. We particularly enjoyed the walk along the coast to Puerto Calero.
All in all well worth a visit!

Our holiday at this most beautiful hotel really couldn't have been nicer. The hotel is beautifully designed and immaculately clean. Our room was spacious, comfortable and serviced daily.
We had selected the breakfast option for our stay (preferring to eat out in the evening) and the daily choice was limitless. A big, big thumbs up for being able to offer gluten free bread, croissants and muffins, alongside regular breakfast options suitable for coeliacs. Snack lunches by the pool were delicious also.
A very special touch was the Cava and chocolates left for my partner on his birthday.
The pool area was lovely, and sun beds readily available on any given day (despite some naughty 'reservations' made in the mornings.
The staff were fabulous.
Thank you so much for making our holiday so special. We really do hope to return soon.

This hotel couldn’t be located in a better place. Beachfront one side and shops, bars and restaurants the other. A very clean and well maintained hotel. Every member of staff were so friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had the greatest choice of breakfast items, we didn’t have an evening meal there because the choice of restaurants within a short distance is second to none. My son turned 18 during our stay and the hotel left a card, chocolates and champagne in his room on the day-nice touch! There’s plenty of sunbeds and a nice relaxed vibe around the pool. An excellent pool bar which make excellent cocktails. It’s a fabulous hotel and we’ve already booked a ten day stay here next year. Well done to the hotel staff and management 👏🏻

We moved here straight after a 5-star big-chain all-inclusive hotel and immediately regretted not booking this one for the entire trip! This hotel felt fresher, cleaner, and much more charming overall.
We stayed in a spacious suite with a beautiful garden/sea view. The room was cozy, well-designed, and perfect for a couple with a young child.
The food was a real highlight — both breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations. The quality and variety were outstanding and, honestly, noticeably better than what we experienced at the previous five-star hotel. The buffet area is beautifully organized, never felt crowded, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Most guests were well-dressed and respectful, which added to the nice ambiance.
The pool area is wonderfully calm (it almost feels like an adults-only resort), yet it still has a small pool for children. The pools are heated, but we spent most of our time on the beach, which is literally just a few steps away — a big advantage!
The only downside was the noise. The bar has live bands playing every evening from 9:00 to 10:30 PM, and it gets quite loud. Unfortunately, our room was close to the reception area, so the music carried strongly into the room. Any room near the reception or bar side will likely experience the same “private concert.” A bit of soundproofing or better room assignment awareness would help.
One interesting observation (not a complaint): the majority of guests were over 60 years old, which contributed to the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.
Overall, we loved this hotel and would definitely return. It offers a more intimate, high-quality experience than many larger resorts. Highly recommended!
