The staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was plentiful & nice. Evening meal you could always find something & we enjoyed it. Rooms need updating but we’re clean & the beds were comfortable & with air con both of us being poor sleepers did sleep very well. We were told new mattresses which is good. Entertainment on several nights was fun. Great location in a lovely friendly resort that we would & are looking to return to.

Room had a very strong stale odour of smoke which never left even keeping balcony door open all the time. Current work on bridge next to hotel, not hotels fault but be aware of noise at pool and bar area.
Service quite slow at pool bar due to only 1 member of staff working. Left bar several times to go to another bar along the front as I stood so long and bar was unattended.
Breakfast in the buffet restaurant was very nice with a good selection. Wrist bands to prove Breakfast board were annoying and I had to remove mine. (Tacky, not even all-inclusive!) Therefore my Breakfast was interupted for 6 mornings asking me to prove my room number etc even though I spoke with same lady each time. I found this a bit embarrassing. Overall location is the best part.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel and would happily return. The location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk to Sa Coma, with plenty of charming little restaurants nearby.
The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. For a budget hotel, it exceeded expectations in every way. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the breakfast was great— the eggs and bacon, which were freshly cooked on the spot. There was a good variety of both hot and cold options to choose from each morning.
Our room was a decent size, and we had requested a top-floor room, which they were kind enough to provide. We stayed at the back of the hotel, and the view from our balcony was stunning—looking out across the countryside and towards the distant mountains. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and with a decent shower.
If we had to mention one small downside, it would be the limited pool hours—it was only open from 10am to 5pm, which might not suit everyone, especially in peak season. That said, we only used the pool on our last day, so it wasn’t a major issue for us.
Overall, this hotel was a fantastic find—clean, comfortable, well-located, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Stay here if you like a hotel with a sea view but don't be fooled by the grand entrance the rooms are outdated and full of bed bugs, bit several times during my stay, the sound of the lift going up and down all night will definitely disturb your sleep. We stayed on the 7th floor where they put familys with small children, the balcony handrail didn't feel very secure very wobbly.

Recently stayed at this hotel with my children , upon arrival the staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean. No complaints about the food as plenty of options for breakfast and dinner and the food was really nice. The location was also great as it’s right on the promenade and the beach.
