The hotel is easily accessible, there is a bus stop on the promenade. The waterfront is not far away, the room size is adequate, the breakfast was quite varied for us. Cleaning is not perfect, but regular. Unfortunately, the tub is rusty on the sides, it's not a pretty sight and it slides inside. What is missing is the refrigerator. The air conditioner hummed disturbingly. But I had to use it at night because the the bar opposite is very loud even at dawn, you can't sleep with the door open. Other than that we had a great time. The price was favorable.

First of all, this was the funniest vacation of my life. But definitely not because of the hotel!!! All in all the staff was really nice, but the room we got was like a little rats nest. It was in the VERRRRRY back of the tiniest alley that you can only access through the backrooms. The room was giving grandma. Interior design was definitely interesting. Beds were hard like a rock. (The floor would’ve been more comfy) Balcony was almost shared with the grandpa from across. Could’ve honestly missed out on this view but whatever. Now the worst part of all: the bathroom. I don’t even know where to begin. Just for your information the floor in the whole room was so disgusting we couldn’t take our flipflops off. The tub had literal mold in it, not my best shower experience. Wouldn’t recommend. On day 3 we got a room neighbor, he was nice but we were sure he was some kind of drug dealer. Anyway the location was nice. Loads of restaurants and shops around the hotel, the walk to the beach doesn’t even take 5 minutes and the best club in the whole world (Banana Club) was also in an okay walking distance👍🏻 How i already said, staff was very nice they gave us our little rats nest 2 hours in advance. Some things from my friend disappeared, a towel and her expensive Huda Beauty Lipstick. We still miss it to this day :( Pool area was okay but very stuffed. Cant say anything to the food, because we booked without breakfast. Not the best hotel but for sure a good place for a memorable vacation.

Starting of with the good things the location was very nice pretty close to the beach und a few restaurants. The club wasn’t far away ether you could walk there. The staff very nice they even let us in the room 2h early because we arrived at 7 a.m.. But I think they put all there money into the lobby because it was very nice down there but the room was horrible. Our room was in the last corner of the entire hotel (we couldn’t find it at first and we had to ask the cleaning staff for the direction). I think we got the oldest room because we didn’t even had a keycard we had an actual old key to unlock the room. The room was so old the beds where hard as a rock. Don’t even get me started with the bathroom the sink was so tiny the bathtub looked like there was mold in it. We were to scared to go bare feet in it we showered with slippers. But the balcony was by far by far the worst it was a tiny thing that looked into an privat apartment of and old man that would constantly look into our room if we hadn’t closed the blindes all of the time. The hotel itself wasn’t to bad (the pool was pretty good just a little bit tiny) but the room was the worst.

Great location, excellent breakfast, always spotlessly clean in our experience. The decor in the rooms could do with refreshing if that sort of thing bothers you, but super comfortable beds, air con, great showers and plenty of wardrobe hanging space made it ideal for us at a very competitive price. Already booked to return next year.

I had a brilliant holiday. The hotel was in a great location the staff and cleanliness of the hotel could not be faulted. It was great value for money, I wouldn’t have got away this year if I hadn’t found this little gem. I also loved the over 18 aspect too. It is a 3 star hotel so the rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. I had the room only option as I am not a big breakfast eater. There was plenty of cafes to grab a coffee at reasonable prices. I enjoy a morning run and there was a great path along the sea front for this. I would 100% return to Alcudia and to this hotel. Thank you for a great holiday
