Rooms ok, very basic, pull out sofa bed in living space not great, wobbly, unsafe and not comfy shame as bed in room super comfy. Fridge wobbly as well doesn't fit in space. Hair dryer in bathroom not ideal as cannot be moved and when someone has a shower its roasting and you cant see in the mirror would be better to have one in room. Attention to detail needed. Service ok, not very friendly dont really tell you much need to ask a lot of questions to find out anything. Pool area sometimes not the cleanest. Location fabulous 5mins walk to shops/beach. 30mins drive to airport. Good facilities for kids.

Enjoyable stay only let down my tired and dirty rooms. 30 minutes after arriving my socks were covered in dirt and hairs. Nice pool area with 2 lifeguards. Seen 1 lifeguard rescuing a young girl 👍

A great place for a family holiday with children. I think that Pirate Village is best suited for children under 10. Everything is great here: food, staff, entertainment program, location (close to the sea), the room had everything you need. Our room was cleaned every other day and they also changed towels and bedding. Unfortunately, my children are no longer suitable for this place by age and we are unlikely to visit it again. I wish Pirate Village further prosperity

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, especially enjoying the exceptional service and the fantastic activities for kids—they were engaging and well-organized. However, the building could benefit from some refurbishment, as we noticed areas like balcony corners showing wear, some broken tiles, and places that could use fresh paint. This aspect made us feel that the overall value for money could be improved, despite the great staff and the hotel's excellent concept.
For future guests planning to visit the pool, please note that it is open from 10:00 to 18:30, but guests start reserving spots around 8:00 AM. Lastly, the island is stunning, and I highly recommend exploring the beautiful beaches around Mallorca.

Stayed here for a week from the 14/5/24. We had 2 rooms for 3 adults and 3 kids. Rooms were fairly basic but clean and beds were comfy as well.
Location was good with a short walk to the beach and main centre of town. There are also local shops for essentials like water etc.
The food wasn’t too bad. I’ve stayed in several all inclusive hotels and it was much the same. There was always something to eat, pizza seemed to be the most popular choice for the kids and plenty ice cream. The dining area has plenty space so we never waited for a table.
The pool area was brilliant for the kids. Plenty chutes and different areas. The pool is quite deep so kids who aren’t good swimmers need to be careful. There was always at least 3 life guards on duty and are quick to help. One actually had to jump in for my niece when she had accidentally ventured into the deep end.
The kids entertainment and entertainers were brilliant. They are on the go from dawn til dusk. Always smiling and interacting with the kids. The shows at night were good and kept the kids on the edge of their seats. I couldn’t fault them at all.
A lot of the reviews here mention staff being quite rude or abrupt but I couldn’t agree with that at all. Every staff member we dealt with was polite and went out of their way to help.
Overall it was a brilliant family holiday and a great place to stay. Would be happy to go back there or recommend to family or friends.
