What a bargain this hotel is! Great staff, we had a new fresh , clean room with a big balcony. The food was basic but plentiful. The pools were fantastic, perfect temperatures, big sun trap. And plenty of sun loungers, if you didn’t get one the lifeguard found you one, so helpful. The bar area is gloomy but we were so close to hundreds of bars and music venues we had a brilliant time. It IS a noisy place, lots of both happy and argumentative revellers mean you will need earplugs for night time….really friendly atmosphere. And all inclusive such a good price!

Terrifying experience — robbed in my room, no help from staff
Stayed 14 nights at Las Pirámides. Hotel was dated and unkempt, but the real nightmare came when we were robbed in our room. All my money was stolen from my purse that was in my suitcase
Reception staff were rude and unhelpful. No translation, no support. Before leaving, I learned multiple rooms on our floor had also been robbed. Guests were complaining all over to staff and nothing was being done. Clearly not an isolated case.
I’ve contacted the hotel to confirm if they are planning on resolving the issue with the police So far, no response — just sighs and excuses. Our door showed no signs of forced entry. Were staff involved? More than likely as the girl who kept out room clean didn’t turn up for the duration of my stay after the incident. But the lack of help was appalling.
I strongly urge others to reconsider booking here.
If you’ve already booked here, I strongly recommend:
Keeping valuables locked away or with you at all times.
Using a travel lock or portable door alarm for extra security.
Taking photos of your belongings and important documents.
Reporting any suspicious activity immediately — and insist on speaking to a manager.
Having embassy contact details saved in case of emergencies.
If the hotel replies to my email and confirms they were aware of the thefts and contacted the police, but so future guests can feel safer knowing the hotel takes these incidents seriously.

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. As prior to checking in we saw lots of terrible reviews and videos on TikTok. It made us really nervous about coming. We had decided to set our expectations really low to save disappointment. However all encounters with the staff we found them to be friendly. We was really happy with our bedroom. We had seen stuff about cockroaches being infested but we never saw any cockroach in the hotel or on the premises. I think people should remember cockroaches are very common in Spain. The room was very clean and we can’t fault the house keeping team. Only downfall with the bedroom is there is no TV remote or Fan. You have to pay money for these as reception what I think is a bit cheeky as that should be standard in the price you pay. However it wasn’t to much of an issue. The facilities was great as there is a shop onsite and two swimming pools. There was plenty of sun loungers and we didn’t have issues with getting one. Plenty of drink choices in the all inclusive. We only struggled as some was to strong for us but that’s because we are use to the uk measurements so perfect if your wanting to get drunk. The all inclusive buffet wasn’t the best but it wasn’t as bad as we thought. Breakfast is good. The fresh salads, breads and fruits they always have out was very fresh. Meals was very repetitive but I’m a vegetarian and was worried I would struggle. However was a few veggie things and I lived of there pasta every night. Location is good and plenty of restaurants near by. We are going to come back in the future the only thing that nearly put me off is the loud noise. As it’s near the strip and a budget hotel it’s filled with lots of young people that are loud at night so it is difficult to sleep properly. So if you are coming with young children I wouldn’t recommend.

Me and 2 other friends went for 5 nights 1st week of spetember and for the price (about £550 each) it was definitely worth it. Room was great with a very new looking bathroom. All inclusive is definitely the go to move as the food was great (tiktok dosent do the food much justice). Wouldn't say this hotel isn't for families but there's definitely other hotels i would choose espionage since hotel is only a 5 min walk from the strip. Overall, for the price I genuinely thought the hotel was perfect and would definitely consider staying again.

Upon arrival, the foyer area is very spacious and clean, reception staff were pleasant, we were able to check in a little earlier which was great... this is where it really starts going down hill, when we got to our room, it had quite a musty smell, very dated, grubby walls, old furniture, it was nothing like the pictures when we initially booked! House keeping staff were kind and hard working and put in fresh towels, changed beds and cleaned all areas twice within our stay but would have liked them to have come another 1-2 times while we were there. I have never witnessed where i have stayed where they want deposits for everything... that included tv remotes, iron, fans, air con units all these items should be included in the stay! Its absolutely ridiculous, by the end of the week you wouldn't even have your full deposit back. The pool at times had a sewage smell and 1 lifeguard was quite miserable. All inclusive, nothing luxurious about it, cheap fizzy pop that was always flat, premixed cocktails were disgusting, juice wasn't fruit juice was more of a watery squash, again was disgusting, the food was okay at times, selection of something every day but it all smelt the same, no flavour and really started to turn on me half way through the week, but the staff in restaurant were nice and hard working. The evenings were boring, no entertainment whatsoever which was really disappointing as they had a stage in their bar which could of been great for comedians, tribute acts, drag artists etc. Only good thing I can say about staying here is that the location is great as it was close to restaurants and bars. Overall I wouldn't recommend, shame really as there is a lot of potential for improvements.
