While the villas are beautiful, they are a bit out of the way, and a car would be essential for shopping and site-seeing. As someone with walking difficulties, I found the exterior and interior steps and stairs difficulties to negotiate. However the staff were really helpful and friendly. Villas cleaned every day except the day before we left.

We loved staying here. It was outside of the main town area so not noisy but close enough that you could get into town easily.
The accommodation is really clean and had everything you needed, the air-conditioning is also heating which was helpful as our stay was plaqued by bad weather.
The check in was quick and easy and we were provided with the remotes and a safe as soon as we arrived.
There is a small park and a small pool outside of the villas, there are lots of sunbeds and sitting areas. As I mentioned the weather was not great and the pool is not heated but it did not stop the little ones jumping in. The water was clean and the pool area was always tidy.
There is a small bar area where you can get food and drinks, I recommend eating here at least once during your stay, the chefs are really good and the food was delicious, every meal we ordered was perfect. The pasta dishes are really nice and the kids loved the chicken burgers.
Pedro and Lionel were working in the bar area, they are both extremely friendly and great with the kids, their local knowledge helped us so much. Pedro had to face a million and one questions off my son and he even had him drawing him cartoons, thank you for accommodating him Pedro, I really appreciate it.
The small shop on site has your basics and is not overly priced, it is open from 8am to midnight so you can always pop in for water and snacks.
We saw on the easyjet page that it said a 15 minute walk to the beach, this isn't true, the old path has been shut off and it is about 30-40 minutes but it is not a bad walk nor difficult to get to.
I would recommend downloading the Uber or Bolt app and using them to arrange transport. It is not expensive and there are loads of drivers available withing a minute or so. As an idea we paid €7 to get to old town amd €15 to get to zoomarine. It was cheaper than us taking the bus.
If you have any problems whilst staying here alert the team immediately, we had a leak due to the amount of rain which was falling, they came straight away and helped us and by the next day the service men were in and had fixed and repaired it. The staff are really helpful.

We stayed here for preseasonal family holidays. The temperature in Albufeira at this time varies from 25°C sunshine to 15°C and rain. The service at the hotel is professional and the staff is quite frindly, especially Pedro from the Bar at breakfast. The included breakfast itself is a little bit spartaneous, but ok. You can chose from 5 different menues.
The Appartments was clean and comfortable. The interior sufficient. Air condition, Bathrooms and beds are quite good, WLAN is very good. The Barbecue grill at the garden is also very good. But, we had some trouble with the dishwashing machine and the oven in the kitchen. The dishwashing machine had a leakage and after usage the dishes came out as dirty as before. The oven worked, but seal was broken and was left inside the oven.
The main issue, as stated in reviews before, were the environmental sounds at night. Its reason might be the thin walls of the appartments or the variation of neighbors, but it was very noisy at night. We heard parties, alarm sounds, renovation workers at the early morning and sometimes the room service at the basement.
The environment is nice and clean. There is a playground for kids, a clean swimmingpool with sunbeds and a separate pool for little children, A little marked with stuff for the daily usage and every appartment have an own garage.
We would recommend this Hotel with the little issues written above.

Just got back from a week staying here. It was fantastic! It's really great value for money. The villa was spacious, well equipped, and really clean. There is ac in the living area and both bedrooms. The staff are wonderful, everyone from reception to the pool bar staff were welcoming, friendly and kind. There is a really good selection on the menu in the pool bar/restaurant, and it's all at reasonable prices. The food is very fresh and cocktails are great!
The pool is a good size and there are lots of loungers. The complex had lots of English guests while we were there, with a mix of all ages. Plenty of extended family groups, which is what the complex is aiming for, I think. It's definitely not for rowdy teen groups - although there's plenty of kids (and adults) having a good time in the pool during the day! Would definitely recommend these villas.
Helpful tips (hopefully):
Get the Uber app, it's cheaper than getting taxis.
Aldi is only a 15-minute walk, but there's little shade, so go early morning or evening!
The little shop on site is really very basic, with no milk, for example, more like snacks and drinks.
Only negative point would be that we all found the beds really uncomfortable!

There was a dirty sock left in our room. The grate on the main drive is ready to leave you a flat tire. If you are thinking you’d have basic accommodations such as dish soap or dish washer pods (to use in the dishwasher), salt and pepper, oil, a coffee maker, or paper towels, as you might expect in a full kitchen, you’d be mistaken. There are also small things that need addressed. The tables and chairs were old, breaking apart and dirty. The couch could use a steam clean. The cap on the shower head was missing. These are things that hotel management that cares to give you the best stay possible should be attentive to. It’s a shame because the hotel has great potential but sadly is not well cared for.
