The hotel is a perfect, the rooms are super comfortable, everything is very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly.
I have to give special praise to Abel! He was always smiling, ready to help in a second and really tries to make everyone feel at home. People like that really make a difference on your vacation.
Recommended to everyone who is looking for a place to let go and enjoy without worries!

Just back from a hen weekend, service at hotel was brilliant gabriel and abel were so helpful to me and my 2 friends who ended up staying an extra night sorting us with a new room last minute. Rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need. the pool area etc are spotless and the vibe is amazing. Location is perfect to all bars restraunts & beach. Will definately be back 👌

We stayed in the deya for one week, Yusuf was so friendly checking us in and a good laugh any time we passed reception. Love the location of these apartments, so safe if you walked back on our own at night. Apartments were clear and had all we needed. Pool is lovely, hotdogs at the pool where also a lovely lunch. The stay was amazing. Hotel is located near the beach and there are a lot of stores and places to hang out close. It also has a beautiful view from the huge balcony and the pool. Service was great. Everyone was super nice and welcoming😊

Stayed here for a week in may 2025, music and shouting all night till 6am, every night!!
They have the same singer on at the Irish bar underneath who sings from 6pm-3am every night, the same songs on loop, rowdy and noisy not bad if you're out partying all night till dawn but you'll be lucky to get any sleep!! Unless you sleep at 10am when all the rowdy bunch have gone home with headaches.
If you can sleep through shouting and glass bottles getting thrown out in the bins every hour through the night then ideal!
Had to pay €22 on arrival for tax and had to pay €3 a day to use the safe in the room as our windows and balcony door never locked, so if you're in to possibly waking up to a stranger in your bed, this is perfect for you.
Hotel didn't have any security so people were partying in the rooms most evenings and nothing was done about it, anyone from the streets can also walk in, 10/10 security I must say!
Not great for families or quiet get aways, pool closes at 6pm, the life guard is quite pushy and said to us be gone for 5:30pm, probably upset he never sold his expensive loungers and towels for €25, when there is free sun loungers next to it.
If you've been out on it all night, you might mistake waking up in custody as the bed was that hard, it was like sleeping on a bag of cement!
Hopefully you didn't strike lucky on the pull and you're not getting up to any funny business as the cleaners walk in and let themselves in at 8am in the morning and shouts "house keeping".
On a positive side note...
The urban grill outside the hotel is amazing and does a fantastic breakfast!! The staff are so lovely and friendly, thankyou for your hospitality.
Santa Ponsa was beautiful and a lovely location.
2 mins walk from beach, clubs and shops! I feel sorry for the residents that live around here though.
Will not stay again based off the noise and loudness but hotel was clean and staff seemed friendly!
