Second year in a row staying here and apartments are perfect size with a great sized balcony! The air conditioning is perfect in the rooms, the best air conditioning ever! We had a slightly unfortunate incident whereby youths who were in the rooms either side of us and disrespected the apartments and corridors, however won’t put me off coming back as there was nothing like that the previous year. Would overall 100% recommend for a self catered getaway with friends. Also, staff were excellent help from check-in to check-out. Very friendly and welcoming!

Good location, far enough away from main strip to not here noise. Room facilities were spot on. Beds were single and what you'd expect for the price. Air con was brilliant. Shower was spot on. Bar on the ground floor was good. Pool was good but lacked a bit of music for atmosphere. Don't be out of by negative reviews!

As a family of 5 with two teenage children and my mother we can not fault the accommodation, the apartments offer all you need and are very spacious and the air-conditioning is amazing. We were on the 11th floor and the view was amazing, location for us was perfect near to shops etc but away from the noise. David from the reception was always on hand and yes its a vibe block but in fairness the youngsters we met were so friendly and David ensured all was well by the pool. I often walked to the shops in the morning to get bread and milk and felt so safe. Yes you pay the 200 euro deposit but we did cash so was given back straight away. Only slight negative was there was only a hob and microwave to cook on no oven but it meant we always ate dinner out( always a silver lining) . Would 100% stay again and recommend this accommodation to family, couple or single person looking for accommodation in Benidorm. Thank you

Someone else’s rubbish on the floor when we arrived. Floor was dusty. Cleaner is a bit strong of a title for the woman that goes around the rooms with her trolley. Discovered two days in that one bed potentially had bed bugs, I asked for my sheets to be changed and I went back to my room to find that the sheets had been left on the bed and I didn’t get clean pillow cases. When checking out the staff were very rude and disrespectful- big fat bald man and the female staff member flirting at the desk and speaking only to each other- not a single word was spoken to us as guests. No “hi how was your stay?” Or “thank you for being here etc” 30° heat and you couldn’t have a drink by the pool, no umbrellas, no lifeguard and the pool area itself was not very clean. We have stayed with Pierre and Vacances Apartment/hotels in the past and they have been absolutely spotless, very friendly staff and generally very welcoming. It’s a shame we couldn’t say the same about this one. Absolute kip!!

The room wasn’t bad until i found out the air con barely blew any air out and the beds were really uncomfortable. The service was poor as they didn’t offer any toilet roll if you ran out and would have to go and buy your own. also to add to this, the lady behind the bar will not let you have your own drinks at the pool or inside even though it is self catering. we were sat there waiting for our bus to the airport and she kicked us out because we didn’t purchase a drink from behind the bar. i really don’t recommend staying here
