Good location, far enough away from main strip to not here noise.
Room facilities were spot on.
Beds were single and what you'd expect for the price.
Air con was brilliant.
Shower was spot on.
Bar on the ground floor was good.
Pool was good but lacked a bit of music for atmosphere.
Don't be out of by negative reviews!

Was presently surprised by the condition of the rooms upon arrival, lovely large apartament style rooms with 2 singles in the room, a large kitchen/diner/lounge with a pull out couch for 2 people, large bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with a large fridge freezer, coffee pod machine, toasted, microwave, kettle and an induction hob and dishwasher. The kitchen was also equipped with a wide variety of cooking and eating utensils. We also had a large balcony with a table and 5 chairs and an extendable drying rail. The room also had air-con that worked very well and a lovely high pressure shower. You do get shower gel and shampoo in the room but no hand soap. There is also a hairdryer. For the 4 of us we got 4 bath towels and 4 face/hand towels but because there is no room service what you get is supposed to last you the whole stay unless you pay 8€ for a fresh one. We only got 1 and a half toilet roll and any extra is 1€ each. We also got a little box with a sponge, dish soap, one dishwasher tablet and a cloth.
The pool was large and (mostly) clean, we’ve found a bottle cap and a 5€ note in the pool, plenty of sun loungers also available during our stay.
The lifts felt a bit dodgey however didn’t have any issues with them
There is a cafe/ game room next to reception however I personally thought it was too expensive for what you get food wise
Location is pretty decent as it’s a straight road to the beach and not too far walk from the strip but it is on a hill so would recommend being mindful of that
We also were required to pay 200€ per room deposit which we didn’t know about until we arrived, we did get it back but it was slightly annoying as took up some of our spending cash as we had an early flight on the last day
Overall a pleasant experience and I would stay in this hotel again if I come back to Benidorm, I would recommend

Excellent communication from booking process throughout stay. Very pleasant professional reception staff. Large clean apartments. Huge balcony with fabulous views of Levante beach/Benidorm. Good quality shower gel and shampoo provided along with handy kitchen essential pack.
Bit of a climb to apartment block from beach but otherwise no negatives.

Rooms fully equipped with dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, plates, cutlery you name it they have it! Nice area not on the strip but 10 minute walk away. Honestly could not fault it, would deffo return.

After reading reviews on these apartments, I was a bit sceptical and was not expecting much, but loved the apartment, clean and tidy and overall very happy with the room, the staff was very friendly and everything we asked for was given, no problems with getting the deposit back. All I want to say is don’t believe all you read on reviews, make your own mind up once you have been there, it’s not five star by any means but clean and tidy, and very happy with my stay there.i would highly recommend you pay your deposit in cash!!!
