It was just an outstanding experience to be hosted at this hotel :)
1. Reception : extremely polite, welcoming and really supportive. Very fast check in and check out. Clear and detailed information was provided about facilities . All our requests were met with a smile and completed very fast: from a room charge to sending flowers, iron and etc to our room. Just professionals and very friendly and lovely people.
2. Restaurants : loads of food, good quality and a huge selection. All meals with no exception were really nicely prepared and always fresh. Service is also a very strong side and a separate Thanks for Happy Birthday song, that made our evening :)
3. Housekeeping: very attentive and organized. Every day clean and tidy room was waiting for us , all extra requests again were fulfilled without any issues.
4. territory is just gorgeous and pleasant to stay at :)
5. Entrainment team do their best to keep everyone happy

From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left we had a fabulous time. The reception team were so friendly and helpful, the concierge took our bags to our room which made it really feel 5 stars.
Overall the hotel was spotless. The pools were super clean, I loved the layout of the pools because there were 6 dotted around which meant where ever you decided to settle it felt private. We had a pool view deluxe room which was wonderful, it had the most amazing shower and a really spacious clean room.
The food was fantastic! I am a vegetarian and I never once struggled. There were plenty of options and the selection changed each day so we never became bored. The wine was great, the cocktails weren’t strong, but they were really delicious. There was a snack bar by the pools which was great if you became peckish.
There was always music and activity's going on which gave the place a great atmosphere, but it wasn’t over the top so you could sit back and relax very easily too.
We did a trip into Agadir town which was great.
Overall, if you want to go somewhere warm, relax and have great food this is your place. There isn’t much to do around the hotel but that didn’t bother us as there was so much to do in the hotel. My only critique would be that the wifi is a bit slow, so download a few bits to watch before you get there if you need it.
We will definitely return, it really is a fabulous find!

Stayed in April 2024 for 9 nights. The hotel grounds are amazing, the pools, the view of the beach , the jacuzzi and cleanliness of the outdoor spaces and restaurants all fantastic. The animation team are a huge credit to the hotel and the shows they put on are really good. What stood out was the friendliness and interaction they made with guest every day all day was above and beyond. The food was amazing and the waiters are extremely hard working, friendly and always went out of their way to please. Our cleaner Mahmood in room 2306 was great and tried hard to accommodate our needs. If I'm ever in Agadir again I will be booking this hotel.

Honest English Review:
On the whole this resort is amazing and some fantastic service and food.
Views are fantastic.
Service from cleaners, waiters and entertainment staff was brilliant.
(Final paragraph explains my slight disappointment)
It was our honeymoon and though we were treated well there wasn't any additional effort made to make us feel welcomed, which was a little sad. But still worth the money.
The entertainment team try to make you join in with anything and everything which is good fun for the first few days but gets a little frustrating after a few days if you want to just relax.
The location is a little isolating, yet right next to the beach which is so nice. You can do loads of tours here. Use your guide as it will be cheaper but please tip, as this helps the locals hugely.
We had a pool which was nice to relax in though 40cm deep.
Food was very good, huge selection and 3 course Moroccan food was incredible - Have to book this.
The front of house are fairly unfriendly to British people and would not let me change my currency into smaller amounts, which was intended to be used for tipping. To allow a fair share of the staff got some. Due to this I couldn't tip all staff.

We’ve been here for 3 days so far and we love it! The entertainment staff are amazing, friendly and work so hard to keep everyone entertained and happy whilst staying here! The food is very good and the hotel it’s self is beautiful, spacious and has super easy access to the beach, we love it!
