I recently stayed at Pickalbatros Agadir and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning — spotless, beautifully designed, and full of life — but what really made the stay special was the incredible staff and entertainment team.
Every member of staff went above and beyond to make sure guests were happy and comfortable. They were always friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, creating such a warm and positive atmosphere throughout the resort.
The entertainment team deserves a special mention — they were fantastic! From the daily activities to the evening shows, they kept the energy high and made sure everyone was involved and having fun. You could really tell they love what they do, and their enthusiasm was contagious.

This hotel is beautiful, the hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful and polite. We had a slight issue with our room on arrival and it was sorted in no time at all. The food has all been excellent too. The animation team like all staff work very hard and keep the atmosphere positive with big smiles on their faces. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a relaxing holiday.

It was unforgettable and amazing! The hotel is very clean and beautiful, the staff were very kind. I want to highlight the FOOD. Oh, the food was amazing. Whatever we ate, was very delicious. Young pastry chef from the main restaurant (dinner time) deserves to present his desserts at the best restaurants in the world, the small cakes made of banana cream were extremely delicious and creative! Said from the Moroccan restaurant was so helpful and kind. He made our day! One more staff member that made us laugh and happy was a Towel guy Ismael.
Evening entertainment program was great, too! We enjoyed the stay and we are thankful to the hotel for its hospitality and kindness.
However, one thing that seemed a bit unusual and unexpected was that there were no toothbrushes and toothpaste in the hotel room. We bought one in the hotel shop, but still. To have bathrobes in the rooms of the 5-star hotel would be beneficial, too.

I spent 7 nights at Pickalbatros for my birthday and honestly, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel, food, staff, and overall vibe were all spot on. Everyone was super friendly and made us feel right at home.
Big shoutout to Jamal from the animation team- he's an absolute legend. Always full of energy, cracking jokes, and getting everyone involved. He’s one of those people who just brings good vibes and energy wherever he goes and genuinely made the trip even better. The whole animation team were great, but Jamal really stood out.
The whole week was so relaxing and exactly what I needed. My birthday couldn’t have gone any better - they made it such a special week.
