An amazing stay at a massive, relatively new resort. The hotel is huge with plenty of space and a massive pool area, so it never felt crowded. We stayed over Christmas and the effort they made for the festivities was incredible. The Christmas Eve party (which requires booking) was exceptional; the food was world-class, and you could tell the staff were rightly proud of what they achieved.
The food throughout our stay, particularly the Moroccan dishes, was fantastic. A special shoutout to the man serving Moroccan tea every morning—it was delicious and served with the best smile! Also, a huge thanks to Farhat in the bar for making some truly amazing cocktails. From the kitchen and cleaning staff to the pool guys and bar teams, almost everyone was incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough for us.
The rooms are great—very spacious with huge, fantastic bathrooms and a wonderful view over the pool.
The only downside was the reception area. The vibe there was completely different from the rest of the hotel; the staff felt quite cold and dismissive, almost as if guests were a distraction. We missed out on some information because very little was explained on arrival, which was odd given how friendly the rest of the team was.
Location-wise, it’s about 20 minutes from Agadir by taxi, but well worth the trip. There is a lovely footpath at the bottom of the hotel along the beach that leads to local restaurants and the village. It's a great walk, and only about 100 Dirham for a taxi back. We were worried about going away for Christmas, but this hotel made it a truly positive and memorable experience!

We are just ending our week stay at white beach resort taghazout. We have had an amazing stay and would highly recommend. The animation team are exceptional and so friendly and approachable. Jihane has been very good with us and always goes out of her way to go above and beyond and always has time to sit and ask you about your stay and your day in a very relaxing manner. Great resort and super animation team aswell as such a stunning location. Highly recommend.

We have loved our experience at White Beach. Immaculately clean and lovely friendly staff. Food tasty and lots to choose from. Bit colder than we expected and the dining room in the evening could do with being a bit warmer!! Big shout out to Jihane from the entertainment team, Yasine one of the waiters and Ismael (the towel man). Would recommend xx

Service - 1* compared to Pickalbadros Palais De Roses which is only 10-15 mins away. The team are very non-chalant, no smiles and all on their high horses. No greetings. They were unable to get payment for the hotel from our agency due to their own fault and have tried to take a double payment from us. Please be aware and know your rights.
Love Holidays were great and tried to contact the hotel on many occasions trying to rectify the issue between them as we as clients have already paid. Hotel staff, Mohammed and his colleagues were adamant that we couldn’t leave without us settling the payment ourselves.
Hotel is unclean, room is unclean. Pools have bird poo, we also had a pool in our room but was not cleaned once.
Bakery is stale and not fresh.
Please go to Palais De Roses, the difference in service and atmosphere is amazing - they have a live band playing every night for entertainment. However in this one, they do not have entertainment only a bar with music.
I would say this hotel caters to customers from the age of 55+
Hotel is quite boring especially when staff are not interactive.

I cannot praise this place enough and I am not easily pleased.
This hotel’s greatest asset is the staff. They genuinely cannot do enough to ensure the comfort of guests but without being intrusive. When you place an order for a drink at either the bar or the bakery, they usually insist on bringing it to you but most impressively, given the number of guests they have, they frequently remember what you want to drink and how you like it. I never had to order coffee after the first day or so, I was always asked “two lattes, one extra hot?”
I was also impressed that when I spoke to a young gentleman from reception on the second day, he addressed me by name as I approached him.
Attention to detail is everything here and the staff seem to be proud to work at this hotel. Cleanliness and tidiness are second nature to them. You see everyone from grounds maintenance staff, cleaners, servers and managers picking up, replacing chairs or cushions, generally maintaining their exceptionally high standards. The water which can be seen on the photograph of the pool area is not rain, it is from the morning washing of the area with fresh water, which is then dried off and left sparklingly clean.
We visited here last year and chose to return this year, our memories had not let us down and we were not disappointed in our decision. Having discussed our thoughts on the place, it may well become an annual destination. Where else can you actually watch the bananas visibly growing inside the hotel corridors?
