Great trip, staff are helpful, rooms are lovely and cleaned every day.
Food options are plentiful even for the pickiest of eaters.
I did feel however that some guests had special treatment. My partner and I don't drink alcohol so while people were getting their dinner wine topped up, we had to get our own drinks. Likewise with some guests getting staff come to their table asking if they need or want anything, we felt a bit like "lower class" sometimes.
One day it was very cold and windy and we had been on an excursion in the morning. We got back about 2.45pm so lunch had stopped serving. We went to the snack bar to find that was closed too. Dinner doesn't start until 7pm. I think it would be better for dinner to start a bit earlier or lunch too confine a bit later. There is a bigger gap between those.
Location was good. Quiet. About an hour walk to taghazout along the promenade.
Gym is good but could benefit from more variety of dumbbells and upgrading (or at least oiling) some of the machines

An amazing stay at a massive, relatively new resort. The hotel is huge with plenty of space and a massive pool area, so it never felt crowded. We stayed over Christmas and the effort they made for the festivities was incredible. The Christmas Eve party (which requires booking) was exceptional; the food was world-class, and you could tell the staff were rightly proud of what they achieved.
The food throughout our stay, particularly the Moroccan dishes, was fantastic. A special shoutout to the man serving Moroccan tea every morning—it was delicious and served with the best smile! Also, a huge thanks to Farhat in the bar for making some truly amazing cocktails. From the kitchen and cleaning staff to the pool guys and bar teams, almost everyone was incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough for us.
The rooms are great—very spacious with huge, fantastic bathrooms and a wonderful view over the pool.
The only downside was the reception area. The vibe there was completely different from the rest of the hotel; the staff felt quite cold and dismissive, almost as if guests were a distraction. We missed out on some information because very little was explained on arrival, which was odd given how friendly the rest of the team was.
Location-wise, it’s about 20 minutes from Agadir by taxi, but well worth the trip. There is a lovely footpath at the bottom of the hotel along the beach that leads to local restaurants and the village. It's a great walk, and only about 100 Dirham for a taxi back. We were worried about going away for Christmas, but this hotel made it a truly positive and memorable experience!

Just returned from a week stay over New Year at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough.
The huge pool area has plenty of sunlounges and outdoor sofas to choose from. Polls were a little cold, but it was December/January and weather wasn't fantastic, the jacuzzis were warmish, but comfortable to sit and have a drink in. Although the ones at the sea front fill up quickest with great views of the ocean and surfers taking on the waves.
The staff were great, very friendly and always polite and happy to help.
Although wine and beer were served in small glasses there was no problem in asking for 2 drinks! Drinks sizes were bigger at the pool bar. Was a shame that this bar shut at 6pm as the sunsets were magnificent and would be great to have a cocktail while the sun went down. only had one cocktail which was a little sweet, so stuck to rose and red wine, both were very drinkable.
Food was good with plenty of choices at breakfast and dinner/lunch from tradition Moroccan tajins to pasta and salads. Labelling could be a little better as my wife is vegetarian, but the chefs were happy to answer any questions.
Rooms were spacious and clean. The shower was fantastic! We had a room with its own pool, although its is shared with the room next door and only 40cm deep. Note there is only a glass screen to separate your balcony and the room next door.

I cannot praise this place enough and I am not easily pleased.
This hotel’s greatest asset is the staff. They genuinely cannot do enough to ensure the comfort of guests but without being intrusive. When you place an order for a drink at either the bar or the bakery, they usually insist on bringing it to you but most impressively, given the number of guests they have, they frequently remember what you want to drink and how you like it. I never had to order coffee after the first day or so, I was always asked “two lattes, one extra hot?”
I was also impressed that when I spoke to a young gentleman from reception on the second day, he addressed me by name as I approached him.
Attention to detail is everything here and the staff seem to be proud to work at this hotel. Cleanliness and tidiness are second nature to them. You see everyone from grounds maintenance staff, cleaners, servers and managers picking up, replacing chairs or cushions, generally maintaining their exceptionally high standards. The water which can be seen on the photograph of the pool area is not rain, it is from the morning washing of the area with fresh water, which is then dried off and left sparklingly clean.
We visited here last year and chose to return this year, our memories had not let us down and we were not disappointed in our decision. Having discussed our thoughts on the place, it may well become an annual destination. Where else can you actually watch the bananas visibly growing inside the hotel corridors?

Had actually tried to book into their sister hotel but due to communication issues, ended up booking here instead. Delighted to have ended up in Whitebeach. The staff are amazing. So warm, friendly, attentive and kind. Right next to the beach, Christmas/beach vibes were lovely. Always felt like something was going on with zumba/karaoke etc. The room was fab, we chose a sea view room, was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Beautiful daily touches with the roses, towel swans etc. Really delicious cake and bottle of wine for a birthday left in the room. Loved the buffet dinners. While birds do fly in and there may be evidence of their presence left on the chairs, this didn't impact the food. The menus changed daily and there were local dishes on which we wanted to try. The two male chefs (one in the middle section and the one at the far end) used to make our nights with their jokes and extra servings of their favourites. Entertainment changed every night and they were always fun. Compared to European standards, this may not be up to people's idea of a 5 star. But for the hospitality, views, food, entertainment, value for money, fun memories, I would definitely be giving this place a 10star review if I could.
