From the very beginning, everything was simply perfect. There was nothing to complain about – tip-top! At the start we were even able to change our room without any issues and received an upgrade to a Junior Suite. We were a family of four – two adults and two children aged 9 and 11 . Everything went smoothly and without complications.
The entire staff was extremely friendly, very understanding and considerate. The resort itself is beautiful – wonderful pools, a stunning sea, and while snorkeling we were able to see countless colorful fish. The food was also delicious and varied.
A special thanks goes to Marie, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. At the end she even arranged lunch packages for us and made sure that we were well looked after at the à la carte restaurant. Her support was truly outstanding – always there when needed, but never pushy.
Overall, it was a wonderful holiday that left nothing to be desired. A full 5-star rating! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Amazing stay at Marsa Alam Sea World Resort!
We spent a wonderful week here and absolutely loved it. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families or friends. The rooms were spacious with lovely views, and the housekeeping was excellent.
Food was tasty and varied, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The animation team kept the atmosphere fun without being intrusive.
Overall, a fantastic place to relax, enjoy the Red Sea, and spend quality time with friends family. We’d definitely come back!

A very beautiful hotel. The guests are well distributed due to the many pools. The sea should be walked on with bathing shoes as it is stony. The room was very nice and clean. The animation provides a varied atmosphere. The evening shows are also very well thought out, including the fire show on the beach.

We had a lovely stay overall. The food was above average, though not exceptional — with one big exception: the grilled scampi, which were absolutely outstanding. The pools and water park were great fun and well maintained. One small downside: the water park only had regular chairs instead of loungers, which would have been more comfortable.
The rooms were clean and perfectly fine. Special mention to the Kids Club team — they were fantastic with our 4-year-old daughter and made her feel really welcome and happy.
And finally, a brilliant idea that really deserves praise: the red banner system, which allows guests to avoid being approached or harassed. It made a big difference to the experience.
Would definitely recommend for a family stay!

My stay at Albatros Sea World Resort Marsa Alam was absolutely amazing! The hotel captivated me from the first glance – spacious, modern, with attention to every detail. The rooms were very clean, thoroughly cleaned daily, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished.
The number of pools is a huge plus – there are many, and all are impeccably maintained, allowing for relaxation in different areas of the property without being crowded.
The hotel's attractions also deserve praise – there's something for everyone, both adults and children. The organization and availability of services were top-notch, and everything ran smoothly and flawlessly.
The greatest asset of this place, however, is the staff – incredibly friendly, courteous, and caring. From the reception desk to the restaurant staff, entertainment staff, and housekeeping – everyone was helpful and friendly, creating a wonderful, family-friendly atmosphere.
Another plus was the well-organized excursions, which allowed us to explore the charms of the surrounding region and experience incredible adventures.
