Great place. Nobody asked for a deposit as stated in one of the reviews. Check in was fast and before 3pm as the flat was ready. We had a ground floor apartment. Lots of space inside, kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave, toaster, coffe maker, fridge and cooker with pans and pots. Everything you need to cook any meals. Dryer outside on the patio, extra blankets, towels, soap, bath wash and shower gel, hair dryer and bidet. Cleaning service coming every 2 days. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were warm and clean. Small internal shop with goodies, free parking space. We picked self catering option but you may choose eating in. Great place, I would highly recommend, great value for money, lovely service. There was some work to improve exteriors and to make it nice for the summer.

Got ill from the jacuzzi. Pool bar was fab. Apartments spacious. Contains residential flats with roaming dogs and cats in the gardens, take that as a bonus if you will. 10-year-old son was met with intensely disproving stares by permanent residents whilst he was playing in the pool. Territorial vibes from the permanent residence there towards holiday makers.

+ Nice location to travel around + Cheap (for us like 40€ / night) + Beds are okay if u like it a bit hard +/- mostly friendly staff but a smile could make things a little better - horrible wifi, close to non existent. Complaint ignored. - bad cleaning. Checked in with hairs and dirt. Complaint ignored "cleaning only after 2 days". But even then it won't get good cleaning. Still dirt all around. They don't care. - no cleaning utilities provided - no dish cleaning utilities provided. Needed to buy dish soap and sponge in the Hotel Shop. No dish towels. - moldy windows - moldy bathtub curtain - no lock on the safe - not suitable for light sensible people to sleep because the curtains won't cover much. - furniture worn out and "old smell" - refrigerator and stove not adjusted to sit even - doors inside the apartment don't close - toilet exhaust don't work Everything is just so worn out and old, no one cares. With just TINY investment like give dish soap, clean properly, repair things like furniture and door handles can make a HUGE difference to the guest and does not even cost that much. So much wasted potential... And fix the damn Wi-Fi !!! No Internet connection because you cheap out on repeater is so bad.... telling me to go to the lobby when I need Internet is close to be outrageous In this state, can't recommend and would not come back. Sorry.

Great hotel. Lovely and quiet. Great shops and cafes nearby. Uber to town very reasonable . Been before will definitely be coming again.
