The rooms were really small, the beds were tiny and uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was not great. The toilets were in terrible condition and the blankets were rough and thin, more like curtains than anything you’d want to sleep with. The whole place felt run-down and not well taken care of, definitely not worth the price. Most of the staff were friendly and polite, but one receptionist really stood out for the wrong reasons. He was a young guy with long hair, looked around twenty and chubby and was extremely rude on multiple occasions. He spoke to me and my family in a very disrespectful and dismissive way, like he couldn’t be bothered, and it wasn’t just us—other guests we spoke to had similar complaints about him. It felt like he had no interest in helping anyone and was just there with a bad attitude. On the brighter side, the food was actually good, especially the pizza, which was probably the best part of the stay. The pizza chef clearly knew what he was doing and deserves credit for that. Still, food alone doesn’t make up for the rest of the experience, and overall the hotel felt more like a low three-star at best. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The staff are lovely and friendly, I don't understand why it's a 4-star as it doesn't deserve that should be a 3-star, The food isn't the best or a great choice, if you have a food intolerance you're stuck with salad all week. Also, the flies on the food aren't appealing at all for an all-inclusive, but they do have a fantastic and very friendly spa/ pampering area with Turkish bath sessions which I would recommend.

Entertainment needs improving but with only one guy he can't do it all himself.

Still here now I was having a good experience at the hotel, couldn't fault anything except from today which has put me on abit of a downer. The cleaners has cleant my room today first time and I counted my money yesterday as I exchanged some and had 600 pound left, the cleaners been in today so I counted my money again in the suitcase and only have 400 pound left - so 200 pound has been taken. If you stay at the hotel I highly suggest buying a safe so this can be avoided from anyone who stays at the hotel. I told reception they called the cleaner who's worked there for 15 years and she said she didn't however you aint going to confess that you done a theft. I would highly be wary and get a safe.

Myself, my wife and my daughter currently have the pleasure of staying at Pasa Bey Hotel in Turkey, and I can confidently say it is an exceptional experience from start to finish. As an all-inclusive resort, it truly delivers on every front – comfort, hospitality, and atmosphere.
Firstly, the location is absolutely ideal. Just a short walk from the marina and the Grand Bazaar, you’re perfectly placed to explore the charm and vibrancy of the local area. Whether you're up for shopping, a stroll by the water, or simply soaking up the culture, everything is conveniently close.
The food is consistently excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Whether you’re craving local Turkish flavours or international options, every meal iss fresh, well-prepared, and plentiful. The all-inclusive setup makes it effortless to relax and enjoy each dining experience without a second thought.
What truly sets Pasa Bey apart, though, is the staff. The front of house team were are, professional, and always ready to help with a smile – nothing is too much trouble. The cleaning staff deserve a special mention for maintaining such high standards throughout the hotel; our room is spotless every day and the communal areas are kept immaculate.
The bar staff are another highlight. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely engaging, they make the evenings especially enjoyable. Always up for a chat and quick to remember your favourite drink, their service adds a personal touch that makes the experience all the more special.
A very special thank you must go to Chico, the incredible entertainment manager. Chico is a true asset to the hotel – full of energy, charm, and creativity. He works tirelessly to ensure guests of all ages were entertained, from poolside games to evening shows. Most impressively, he takes the time to greet every guest personally and makes sure everyone feels included and welcome. His presence truly brings the hotel to life.
In summary, Pasa Bey Hotel is a brilliant choice for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway in Turkey. This is our second time staying here and we are already looking to book for next year – a true testament to how special this hotel is.
