Exceptional Stay – Amazing Staff, Food, and Entertainment!
From the moment we arrived, the experience at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The welcome was warm and genuine, and every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
The food was consistently delicious – fresh, beautifully presented, and full of variety. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal felt like it was prepared with real care.
The entertainment was another highlight. There was always something fun going on, from live shows to interactive activities that kept us smiling throughout our stay. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, making it easy to enjoy every moment.
A special mention must go to Chico – truly one of the best team members we’ve ever encountered at a hotel. His energy, kindness, and ability to make everyone feel welcome really stood out. He made us laugh, made sure we were having a good time, and always had a friendly word or helpful suggestion. Chico is a huge asset to the hotel and a big reason why we’ll definitely return.
Overall, a fantastic experience – highly recommended!

The staff is the only truly redeeming quality here. Friendly, approachable, and available 24/7. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience falls short. The hotel hygiene was just “okay,” and I had to specifically request a proper cleaning to feel comfortable in my room.
The food is a repetitive, uninspired cycle that might pass for a short stay but becomes dull and disappointing during a full vacation. The drinks are borderline insulting for an “all-inclusive”. After 4 beers in under an hour, I felt as sober as when I walked in. Wine and Gin all taste sour and watered down.
Entertainment exists, but just barely. They host theme nights like Turkish night, bingo, or even a “bar man show,” which can be fun for about 15 minutes. Beyond that, if you’re looking for more engaging or varied activities, you’ll be bored quickly.
Location-wise, it’s tolerable. A 15-minute walk to any nightlife isn’t terrible, and the bus connections are convenient. Reception will happily call a taxi, but brace yourself for a 25-minute trip back if you plan to drink elsewhere.
This trip also taught me something personal: I’m simply not an “all-inclusive” type of traveler. The loud, often obnoxious behavior from groups of British tourists only reinforced that feeling. Friendly staff alone can’t carry an entire vacation.

☀️ Unforgettable holiday ☀️
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome from the reception staff, setting the tone for an extraordinary stay. Every meal felt like a vibrant celebration of flavors, from the sunlit breakfasts that filled our mornings with energy to the lively evening buffets enjoyed by the poolside, which became a highlight of our days.
One of the most serene experiences was the Turkish bath, a true sanctuary that enveloped us in soothing aromas and offered expert massages, leaving us blissful and completely relaxed.
Chico, the lively spirit who brought life to the pool area, made each day enjoyable with his infectious games and laughter. On his days off, we noticed how the pool lost some of its magic without him, truly highlighting his impact on our experience.
Our evenings were enchanting and filled with entertainment; smooth saxophone tunes created a delightful ambiance, while captivating dance performances and exciting bingo nights brought us joy and laughter. This holiday transcended a mere getaway; it transformed into a collection of perfect moments and wonderful people. As we prepared to leave, we found ourselves with full hearts and a promise to return for even more adventures.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a holiday resort. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the facilities (like the pool and spa) were fantastic! When I first arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of food (it’s even freshly prepared right in front of you), from Turkish dishes to favourites like pizza.
The lead entertainer, Chico, was full of energy and made everybody feel welcome. He was well liked by everyone and his sense of humour made my holiday much more enjoyable. I also really enjoyed the daytime activities that he organised, like darts and water polo, as they were lighthearted fun and an unforgettable part of the trip. Me (and most people) looked forward to them every day. Even though I may have fully missed the darts board countless times, Chico still managed to cheer me up by making me laugh, despite me normally being super competitive. One of my only regrets is that I didn’t join in the activities from day 1!
Last but definitely not least, the nighttime entertainment was such an amazing way to end the day and when guests joined in, it was always great fun and a perfect chance to meet new people.

I came and stayed for 5 nights with my family.
Firstly, it’s called a hotel when it’s meant to be called a resort. Their services are ALL INCLUSIVE. They have unlimited buffet for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
They also provide drinks until 12am midnight.
The location of the hotel is truly amazing. A 10/10.
It’s tucked away into a little corner and a 2 minute walk from the high street. It’s not on the high street, so you don’t hear all that traffic noise so you can sleep peacefully at night.
Everything is easily accessible from the hotel, 2 minutes from high street and major shops. It’s a 10 minute walk from the famous grand Bazaar, and a 12 minute walk from Mamaris public beach.
The service from the resort is a 10/10 too. I had a family of 8 with me and every single time for lunch and dinner the waiters were always there 24/7 ON POINT. They were always by our sides to collect our glasses and empty plates and asked for refills. They were always on standby but not in a way to make you feel like you can’t eat. SHOUTOUT TO ERCAN AND ILHAS!
The food. Every day was a different mains dessert, I didn’t get fed up, especially me being such a picky eater, I managed to eat happily every single day.
The only reason this resort is a 4 and not a 5, is because of 2 reasons.
I believe the resort has done really really well with the space they have. Indoor pool, outdoor pool and sauna, steam room, gym and indoor massage!
However, at times with the hotel rooms I felt a bit cramped and for it to be bumped up to a 4.5 or a 5 for me is to have a bigger space, but that’s not possible.
The only other reason is that this resort doesn’t have its own beach and that we have to go to a public beach.
Other than that, this resort was absolutely fabulous, I would definitely come back here again.
