The location of the complex is unbelievable..right on the main strip and it’s right on the beach. The 1 bedroom apartment we had was spacious with two balconies, and extremely comfortable. It was immaculate and cleaned every day. It was one of the newly renovated apartments.
The bedroom, although not closed off with a door, was closed off enough that our 4 year old could sleep while we stayed downstairs, although i believe some of the one bed apartments are laid out differently.
Every staff member we met was warm and friendly and helpful. Couldn’t be better really. They are exceptionally responsive and available to sort any issues right away, not that we had any issues to sort.
The pools and waterpark are amazing - not too busy this time of year (Feb) and the pool staff were lovely.
We didn’t use the restaurants - we did have lunch at the pool bar once and the food was not great, but the drinks and snacks were perfect.
There was some construction while we were there (we knew this before we booked), but it didn’t disturb us at all.
For the price we paid, I think it was outstanding. Overall, we loved staying here and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Nice surroundings. Complex is very big and although only about 3 floors high it’s built on a lot of different levels so there are a lot of stairs. Bar and restaurant nice with good food which also joins the shopping precinct under the hotel. Great location for the beachfront and nice beach bar. Pools are massive so plenty of room and never had an issue with sunbeds. Good area for kids with small to medium size slides.

Great hotel in a great location for the whole resort. You won't be struggling for a sunbed here . But be warned the water is freezing. Lol 😆 We stayed in room 5015 Great for a couple. The room was excellent also the shower 🚿 room . The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a slight problem when we arrived. It was soon put right by the staff. You will certainly enjoy yourselves at this hotel.

Good location, good food — but cockroaches, ignored complaints, and unwelcoming staff
The hotel has two genuine positives: its location and the food quality, with plenty of gluten-free options. However, guests with dairy allergies will find very little choice.
From the very first night, we noticed a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom drain. Despite reporting this multiple times throughout our stay, no action was ever taken.
On the third night, we found a cockroach in our room. The response was inadequate — we were handed a spray can and left to deal with it. A proper inspection and room change should have been offered immediately for a health issue of this nature.
Regarding the staff: most do not speak English. When I called reception (on 29th May around 6pm) and was not understood, I asked the staff member if they spoke English. Their response was "I do — do you?" — this after failing to understand the simple sentence "Can we have a duvet cover?" They then asked where I was from. When I said I was British, they read my name out loud. I found this exchange deeply uncomfortable and humiliating. This is not how guests should be treated.
Rooms are outdated and tired throughout.
For a tourist hotel in Tenerife, this level of service and guest treatment is completely unacceptable.

Just returned from a 7 night stay at Parque Santiago iii and all I can say wow! What a fantastic resort! From the moment we checked in staff were so friendly and welcoming. The lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. She did tell us we were getting one of the nicest apartments they have and it did not disappoint. The cleanliness, facilities and views from our apartment were incredible. The garden area was amazing! Sun loungers, table and chairs and even a 2 washing lines to hang up clothes to dry outside. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, glasses, bowls, plates, cutlery, dish cloth, tea towel and even a small sachet of dish soap to get us started before we got to the supermarket.
The pool area is absolutely amazing. The best I have ever seen. The kids area is incredible, containing a shaded playground and 6 water slides which my daughters loved! The main pool is absolutely massive! The big pool isn’t heated but we enjoyed it to cool down and only took a minute to get used to the temperature of it. There was plenty of sun loungers & umbrellas available for the whole duration of our stay. We went to the pool at 2pm some days and had 0 issue getting sun loungers and umbrellas. The main pool is saltwater so just be prepared for it to dry out your hair, have a good hair conditioner with you! We didn’t mind this as it was so enjoyable for us!
We ate onsite several days and the food was always delicious and staff always friendly and helpful. Great menu selection from all the different restaurants. The location of the hotel is perfect! Right in the centre of the golden mile. A supermarket straight across from reception, mini golf which we enjoyed one morning, ice cream parlour with the most delicious ice cream! Right across from the safari centre & beside the Hard Rock Cafe. The location is the best of the best!
The shopping centre which is directly under the hotel was great, a well equipped games arcade which my children enjoyed a couple of evenings. Wash machine facilities also which were brillant. I had a problem with one of the wash machines one evening and within 5 minutes of reporting it to reception they sent somebody down to help me and sorted me out, which was much appreciated.
I did reach out to the hotel a couple of weeks before our stay to request a ground floor apartment due to having a child with additional needs and a balcony would not be suitable for her. I was so thankful to the staff for being so accommodating and making this possible for us. It made the stay so relaxing and enjoyable as I did not have to worry about my daughter at a balcony. I don’t know if we genuinely got lucky with our apartment & the view from it or not but it was 10/10.
Housekeeping staff were fantastic. Provided fresh towels each morning, made up beds each day & changed bedding during our stay. Very friendly & polite staff. Every staff member we came across always said hello and greeted my children which was lovely.
I was so sad to leave this hotel and I will 10000% be returning to this hotel for our next family holiday, I don’t think I could stay anywhere else in Tenerife after staying here. Thank you for such an enjoyable holiday!
