Such an amazing Apartment/Hotel. 2 pools surrounded by beautiful gardens you really feel you're in paradise!
Situated right at the bottom of the Golden Mile. Right by the sea and perfect for walking to Los Christanos or Costa Adeje. Had a Studio apartment in the tower, very spacious with a balcony. Hotel staff so attentive and friendly, nothing is too much trouble!
We paid for breakfast included, this was on-sight outside by the pool. Plenty of spaces to sit and eat under cover of out in the morning sun. Breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of choice. Will definitely come back.

We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments in the tower for a few days and probably ended up in one of the best rooms of the 7 or 8 there, with spectacular views of both the sea during the day and over the lights of the town at night. Despite being in such a busy area, it was wonderfully peaceful lying on the day bed at either end of the day.
The pool area was very well laid out with lots of space and sunbeds without anyone ending up too far away from the pool.
It wasn't the most convenient having to walk over to the neighbouring hotel for breakfast, and I would have preferred that the route wasn't through a shopping mall either, but once you did get there, it was a very decent selection. You can also access the small water park at that other hotel which our daughter enjoyed.

The room had so many unnecessary items that no one even uses, yet you end up paying for them. Instead of basic things like coffee, tea, salt, or pepper (even though every room has a fully equipped kitchen), you get NOTHING. There wasn’t even a proper knife — the one provided couldn’t cut a simple potato, kept bending, and my boyfriend even cut his finger because of it (thanks for that!).
Also, thank you for the thousand different light switches in such a tiny room. It’s so absurd that when you go to bed, you spend about five minutes trying to finally turn off all the lights (I’ve never seen so many buttons in one place).
In the end, if you want to cook something, you have to improvise and adapt instead of enjoying a comfortable cooking experience in your room. They suggest you buy everything you need at the nearby grocery stores.
And if you don’t want the hassle, you’re invited to breakfast for 15 euros. For that price per person, you get absolutely terrible food — not tasty at all, reheated before serving, and clearly prepared who-knows-when. Neither the vegetables, nor the scrambled eggs, nor the sausages tasted real; everything felt like a cheap imitation of actual food. Even McDonald’s chicken tastes better than what they served. As for the desserts — the first pastry I tried tasted like it had been sitting under a napkin for a week. In your mouth you get that stale, dusty flavor of a cookie your grandmother forgot to throw away a year ago and you just found it.
A complete disappointment.
Thank you at least for the room cleaning and the nice view from the window.
But please, if you expect people to pay such prices for staying at your hotel, try to be worthy of the money you charge. Because the higher the price, the more shocking the issues I’ve described become.

Wonderful Stay at Parque Santiago!
Wow, what a place! We absolutely loved our time at Parque Santiago. From the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful.
A huge thank you to the lovely gentleman at the check-in desk. We ended up arriving early, and he was so welcoming and friendly and happily allowed us to check in. That level of kindness really set a positive tone for the whole vacation.
Our room was great—it was clearly newly remodeled and really clean, and the view was absolutely lovely, looking right over the pool and out to the sea. We couldn't have asked for a better spot.
I would highly recommend Parque Santiago.
The only unfortunate thing I have to mention is that the lady at the check-out desk was quite rude to us on a couple of occasions, which was a disappointing end to an otherwise perfect stay. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident, as the rest of the staff we encountered were fantastic.
Overall, it’s a beautiful complex in a great location, and we can’t wait to come back!

My wife, myself and our four children stayed here last week and if it was possible to give this place more stars I would. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the room spotless and spacious.Bedsheets and towels changed every day, great swimming pools, everything perfect. On our second last day,it happened to be one of my son's birthday, the staff landed to the room with two bottles of prosecco and a card,I taught was a magical thing to do. Definitely was the best holiday place we ever stayed in, and will be back next year, thanks so much for your hospitality, definitely the best we ever had.
