Wonderful Stay at Parque Santiago! Wow, what a place! We absolutely loved our time at Parque Santiago. From the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. A huge thank you to the lovely gentleman at the check-in desk. We ended up arriving early, and he was so welcoming and friendly and happily allowed us to check in. That level of kindness really set a positive tone for the whole vacation. Our room was great—it was clearly newly remodeled and really clean, and the view was absolutely lovely, looking right over the pool and out to the sea. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. I would highly recommend Parque Santiago. The only unfortunate thing I have to mention is that the lady at the check-out desk was quite rude to us on a couple of occasions, which was a disappointing end to an otherwise perfect stay. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident, as the rest of the staff we encountered were fantastic. Overall, it’s a beautiful complex in a great location, and we can’t wait to come back!

My wife, myself and our four children stayed here last week and if it was possible to give this place more stars I would.The staff are so friendly and helpful, the room spotless and spacious.Bedsheets and towels changed every day, great swimming pools, everything perfect.On our second last day,it happened to be one of my son's birthday, the staff landed to the room with two bottles of prosecco and a card,I taught was a magical thing to do. Definitely was the best holiday place we ever stayed in, and will be back next year, thanks so much for your hospitality, definitely the best we ever had.

Super nice! We eat here two times in our 7 day holidays. Good price, good food, good service. If you ask for recommandations they all tell you their favorite, so you will get 3 different recommendations instead of the commercial one. Yummii! Ps we took the chef home, so might be worse after worths 🤪

Nice hotel in the nicer end of Tenerife Las Americas. Guy at reception was a bit short and abrupt at times but the pool bar staff were lovely. Unsure why they chose the start of the busy season to do poolside renovations which made having a quiet drink, meal or relaxing moment by the pool difficult. Constant drilling 8hrs a day every day.
