Stayed here in April 2024. Very good stay indeed. Rooms are standard but cleaned daily. There are no amenities except a fridge but it's all inclusive and you can grab food and drink from 8am until Midnight. Hotel is quiet and relaxed but central to a lot of bars and shops and the beach is just a 5 minute walk away. There are 2 pools, the main one is fairly large and thr smaller is better for children plus it has a slide. The hotel grounds are well kept as well which makes for a nice relaxed environment. Food is very good for a 3 star. Lots of freshly cooked food (Steak, Chicken, Fish and Pizza to name a few) All inclusive drinks are OK, nothing to write home about but there is a good selection. Finally and most importantly are the staff who were superb. The waiters and bar staff were polite and reception was very helpful but the best staff was the animacion team. They were really engaging without being overbearing running great clubs for the kids, sports events and evening events. Nothing was forced and they genunily wanted to make sure we were having a great time. Only advice would be to book a room away from the evening entertainment which can be loud until about 1pm. Most people staying were not English but we were always made to feel welcome especially by the staff. Overall a great hotel and great value for money for a 3 star hotel.

Food was good but the drinks which were included I can't really say they're the best. Rooms are a little outdated, however , they're very spacious. The service is what I felt was not the best, soap and shampoo are only 1 small sache of each at arrival( one use) no replenishments given when you stay several days. One of the receptionists was quite rude although all others were a pleasure to deal with. The animation crew was amazing and the highlight of the place.

We've spent our time there as day guests. Great atmosphere especially for families with children! I highly recommend it. As day guests you pay 35€ per person for adults and 25€ for kids older than 3 y.o. For this you not only get a great choice on swimming pools for adults, children and babies. You also get food and high quality drinks. That's totally worth the money! We're planning to come again and bring friends 😅

Great AI hotel in Playa de las Americas. Central location 5 min walk to the beach. Two pools, one heated and the second one with salt water. Also great animations for adults and kids every day

Good location if you like to be in the touristy areas. Rooms are a bit small and the breakfast is extreemely noisy. I measured 75-85 decibil noise on average, and the waiters were making the most noice, strangely enough. The food is cafeteria style, rather tasteless tbh and not my thing. There are plenty of good restaurants close by, so I kind of regretted the full board deal.
