We returned to Paradisus by Meliá Fuerteventura after our first stay in September 2025, and this second visit confirmed exactly why we wanted to come back. Once again, the experience was exceptional, exceeding our expectations through outstanding service, genuine hospitality, and an atmosphere that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The hotel impresses at first sight with its unique beachfront location. The combination of Fuerteventura’s stunning natural surroundings, the modern yet elegant architecture, and the high-quality design of the entire resort creates an atmosphere where you can relax from the very first moment and leave everyday life behind.
However, what we would particularly like to highlight is not only the beautiful resort or the excellent gastronomy, but above all the people who bring this hotel to life every day. Throughout our entire stay, we were welcomed everywhere with extraordinary friendliness, attentiveness, and warmth. Whether at the reception, in the restaurants and bars, in the guest experience area, or by the housekeeping team, we were always greeted with a smile, genuine appreciation, and a clear desire to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
What sets this hotel apart from many other luxury resorts, in our opinion, is the fact that hospitality is not merely part of the company philosophy but is genuinely lived and embodied by the staff. You do not feel like a room number or just one of many guests, but rather like a welcome and valued visitor whose well-being truly matters to the team.
We were especially impressed by the exceptional care and willingness to help after a foot injury occurred during our stay. Assistance was offered immediately, our well-being was checked on regularly, and every possible form of support was provided. This was not only professional service but, above all, genuine compassion and sincere human kindness. It is in situations like these that the true quality of a hotel becomes evident, and Paradisus by Meliá Fuerteventura demonstrated impressively the high standards by which service and guest care are practiced here.
We were equally delighted once again by the gastronomy. The quality of the food is outstanding, the selection is varied, and the presentation is of the highest standard. Particularly impressive is the consistently high quality maintained throughout the entire stay. Individual requests and dietary restrictions were always handled reliably and attentively, which is by no means something to be taken for granted and reflects a high level of professionalism.
In addition, the entire resort offers a pleasant, relaxed, and at the same time refined atmosphere. Despite the size of the property, everything feels personal, warm, and welcoming. It is precisely this combination of luxury, professionalism, and humanity that makes the hotel so special to us.
There are many beautiful hotels in the world. However, only a few manage to make you look forward to returning while you are still there. Paradisus by Meliá Fuerteventura is undoubtedly one of those special places for us.
The fact that this was already our second stay and that we are already planning our next visit is probably the greatest compliment one can give a hotel. Anyone looking for a resort that stands out not only because of its location and facilities but above all because of its exceptional hospitality, genuine warmth, and outstanding service quality will find exactly that here.
Our heartfelt thanks go to the entire team at Paradisus by Meliá Fuerteventura. Every one of you contributed to making this holiday unforgettable for us. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

My family just returned from an amazing 10 days stay at the hotel at the begining of May 2026.
Before going we were hesitant because of some negative reviews about cold food, bad quality rooms and services we read probably like some of you also had or have. Thus we were a bit in a dilema if the hotel was going to be a hit or miss.
In the end we chose to try it out anyways and we do not regret that decision at all.
For our search criteria we wanted a warm and sunny vaction as much as possible in the begining of May. And last year we went to the westin costa navarino in greece so that was our baseline we were looking for something to match that experience.
The location of the hotel for me personally is the best location on the island(havent been to the north part of the island yet). The lagoon, beach and view around the hotel were beutiful with no other obsticles or man made objects insight. This gave a serene and private feeling for us. We did not feel as if this isolation was a problem. If you wanted to move around you could ask the hotel to call for a taxi and within 10 mins the taxi was there and within a few minutes youre in costa calma town. We wanted to drive out a bit to visit the cheese museum and rented a car directly in the hotel through an Avis point. Car came within the hour we toured the island for the day and then dropped the key in a box in the hotel at the end of the day.
The service. All the staff we met were really nice. I do have to say that the consitency of the service standard varied. What i mean by this is that there does not seem to be a standard service baseline throughout the hotel. Best way to put it is that its almost like not everyone is aware of what the hotel seevice motto is or has diffrent trainings. In general all the staff were nice and helpfull and would go the extra mile to accomodate your needs. But this was not always proactively done. In some cases you had to ask for it. For example some of the restaurants staff are really paying attention to their area and will ensure you are properlly cared for. In another area no one will come to ask you anything until you ask for it yourself. If there would be one improvement point this is what i would suggest. Having the same service standard throughout the hotel which you can expect. In the end everyone was really accommodating and we didn't experience any rude staff.
During our stay we also met Anny (hotel staff) and she was great. Gave us tips for eating out loacally and was always checking in and helping us out.
Hotel also was really family friendly. For people with young children like we had you completely fitted in. The restaurant can get noisy in some areas with kids but that's part of a family friendly hotel. They also had an adult only so this is avoidable if it really bothers you that much.
Conclusion. We enjoyed a sunny warm vacation with nice heated pools beutiful hotel and location with nice staff. Enough variety of food in the hotel to enjoy and felt really refreshed and rested after our vacation.
We would not hesitate to go back again.

Excellent hotel with Fantastic location , right behind of the Playa de Sotavento de Jandía. Paradise for windsurf/kitesurf lover.
Very nice people here and provide good coverage during our stays.

Wonderful service, like in all Mélia hotels I ever stayed in. The only thing is that the whole beach is basically occupied by windsurfers and kiters and there is only a little swimming part in the North end. The lagunes are wonderful and warm.
