2nd time we've stayed at this hotel and we cannot fault this place at all. Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and tidy and the food is superb and plenty of it!!! Great location too. 5 mins walk to the beach and 20mins from the airport. All in all a great place to stay. Will definitely be coming back 🌞😎

After the initial problems with a room, they gave us a new room which was how it should be. The staff are lovely, very helpful and friendly. The room cleaning is very good, in the winter months towels were changed daily. All in all very good.

This hotel is a little out of the way of the harbour area but local bus route is excellent. The hotel possibly could be updated but holds its own charm renovation work is underway hence some noise generally in the morning.The outdoor pool area is now clean and tidy each day and parasols are being renewed. Food was plentiful and one of the best for variety in Paphos I’ve been too. Would have liked more days with fresh prawns only once in 5 weeks ! Restaurant and bar staff are lovely drinks are plenty full . Rooms were basic and cleaned on what seemed to be a bit adhoc basis. Entertainment was provided by the hotel management and Andre the sol animation member. Andre was brilliant in rounding up guest’s to take part in his activities a real asset to this hotel and how he remembers everyone’s names is brilliant. He’s such a friendly chap . Where’s as the hotel manager booked live singers which was ok they really all just sang the same music would have been nice to have more variety and maybe some Greek dancers particularly on Greek night! It just leaves me to mention the “brilliant “ reception staff a special mention to Vinita who always had a smile and a wave and was so helpful showing people on their mobile phones how to email their boarding passes so she could print them off after our flights had been cancelled twice as were Leonidas and Susil who reassured people they weren’t going to be removed from the hotel. Susil is really helpful taking suitcases to rooms and apartments and will even help to weigh them on departure and assist to pickup transport all with his lovely smile

Terrible stay - breakfast and okay location, nice staff. We got a 2 bedroom apartment in a building 200 m away from the hotel, entrance, stairs and hallway smelled and looked terrible, someone was smoking and very loud all the time. At night we couldn’t sleep due to poor insulation - heard dogs baring from 9pm until morning and some very loud appliance randomly switching on somewhere close to the apartment. Bathroom doors were not closing and toilet was constantly clogged. View from balcony was terrible.

The only thing that happens reliably in this hotel is cleaners looking through your stuff while you're gone. They mop the floor and take out the trash (or what they think is trash) every day unless you're there to stop them. Every problem is addressed with the same "wait for something/someone, we can't do anything right now" strategy and takes from several minutes to several days to resolve.
Apart from more conventional hotel rooms, they offer apartments which are more spacious and have a kitchen with most of the appliances. The design of some of the rooms is questionable (especially sockets, an extension cord is almost always necessary) and some furniture might be partially broken from the previous guests. Speaking of that, you better hope they will clean the entire room after the previous guests (and don't charge you for it), many of these apartments are occupied by students and some of them turn their rooms into a biohazard.
The staff can sometimes accommodate your requests. Other times they will have no regards to your convenience. You can't take their words for granted though, as they often change their mind.
P.S. There is a laundry next to the hotel, but you need your own detergent (and cash).
