Was pleasantly surprised at just how nice this hotel was!
It’s a HUGE complex. The room was very dated and tired looking but they are in the process of being updated.
Pool was lovely but there aren’t enough parasols, maybe about 12 between 200+ sun loungers!
All inclusive food was very good, we hadn’t expected it to be as good as it was, and had budgeted to eat out several times, but it was hard to justify spending to eat out when it was very good, the carvery meat every evening was great, although I did notice the vegetarian selection was minimal.
Gym is really not much use unless you’re wanting to do a bit of cardio.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Lots of friendly cats, I ended up feeding 🤭
All in all it was an enjoyable stay, and would definitely return here if we come back to Paphos

Stayed at Paphos Gardens Holiday Resort from 30th June to 10th July in a studio room (all-inclusive).
We appreciated the warm late-night welcome, with food and drinks on arrival, and the helpful porter guiding us to our room. The smaller pool near our apartment was a highlight—quiet and relaxing—with a fantastic bar lady who served every drink with a smile and genuine warmth.
The food in the main restaurant was consistently good, and the room was clean, though the water was never more than lukewarm. Less positive was the main hotel bar discouraging all-inclusive guests, and the lack of inclusive food near the quieter pool.
Overall, a pleasant stay with a few frustrations. The resort has potential but needs improvements in consistency and guest service.

A Nightmare, Not a Vacation!
I was extremely disappointed with this so-called “hotel.”
First of all — the rooms are tiny and miserable, with a damp smell and old, worn-out furniture.
The service? Terrible. The staff is either indifferent or outright rude. I asked for basic cleaning — got absolutely nothing.
At night, it’s a complete disaster.
Drunken parties scream all night long, and no one bothers to calm them down.
The hotel has basically turned into a brothel, with prostitutes coming and going with their clients.
The management does nothing — it’s like they just don’t care.
I do not recommend this place. Staying here is nothing but a huge disappointment.

So rooms are a bit dated and the shower has a tendency to soak the whole toilet are which is very small.
However our terrace and rest of the room is ideal, very quiet free parking and the beds are comfy enough. We have a full kitchen and giant fridge freezer so full range of choices.
Location wise it is perfect about half a km to the each and about 1. 5 to all the shops and bars on the harbour.
Overall a perfect base to enjoy Paphos or explore Cyprus.

The whole complex was a bit dated but kept reasonable clean
Air con was rubbish but luckily one of our party knew to clean the filter after that it was fine
Bathroom floods with the shower
3 off us in one room but the 3rd was on a camp bed 🤬
Food was good
Drinks were average
Entertainment very average
Balcony over looked a car park with a wrecked car on it
Staff were nice. Service was excellent
