I had an absolutely awful experience at Panoramica Garden. The staff were incredibly rude – I was asked to leave my table because breakfast ends at 10 am, and despite it being only 10:08, they didn’t care that I wasn’t taking any more food. Completely unacceptable attitude.
The breakfast itself? Absolutely disgusting—made from the cheapest ingredients possible, barely fit for pigs. It’s clear they cut every corner imaginable, and the quality reflects that.
Dinner was even worse – 0/10. The quality was poor, the options were disappointing, and the overall experience was dreadful. The only positive thing I can say is that Miriam in the restaurant was kind, but that’s where the good service ends.
Shockingly, there is no manager available on Saturdays or Sundays, meaning there’s zero control and no one to address issues. The parking situation is just as chaotic – always full, and even when there are empty spaces with chains, they refuse to open them.
The average guest age is 70+, and honestly, I have no idea what I was thinking when I booked this place. Save your money and avoid this poorly managed, outdated hotel.

Its cheap hotel but not bad.
The room had everything what was needed and you could even cook your food there!
Parking was big, you could always find a place to park (sometimes on yellow line, no one really cares).
Only downfall was dirty bed sheets, broken tiles and sometimes someone from top floors spilled stuff on our first floor Balcony, but we had a small roof so no damage done.
Around the hotel nothing to do, so better have a car rented out!
The food was kinda okay, sometimes felt cold, alot of eldery people who go to sleep kinda early so hotel at night is very peaceful.
Nice Heated pool, usually empty.
I would come back, its cheap and worth the money, the staff is super polite.

The hotel is really old and needs upgrading. Our room 407 is small and we have two separate single beds with terrible mattresses. The room is overall not even 2 * but clean I must say. It's our first night only but I would not recommend it to anyone who would like to have a bit of a luxurious taste. After breakfast we both decided to stick to cold variants as "hot food was cold" like scrambled eggs or fried eggs or bacon and beans 😭 they definitely have great fruits (not many options) and tomatoes. The bakery and pastry are really tasty and this would be our choice for the rest of the week. Also I have to mention that the parking space around the hotel is a nightmare, so if u are planning to rent a car make sure you chose some baby size to fit somewhere maybe. Also minus only two elevators in the building so if it's busy stairs are the only option to not spend 1h on waiting. Beautiful views that are for sure. No sun in the swimming area in the morning! Can't say anything about the service yet.

Upon arrival you will find lizards on your bed, no air conditioning, they are not polite, dirty bed sheets, dirty toilet, worst hotel I have ever been to, they also took some of my money and charged me extra.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. Our holiday became a hell for us. The staff are so impolite with guests. We saw different incidents in the hotel and it was a panic for our family. I checked the reviews after our travel and saw many people had terrible experience with staff. Please take the reviews serious and do not waste your money and holidays and mental health. The staff would not let you to enjoy your days. The environment is so aggressive. They start to shout early in the morning and on guests. I hope the city council have an investigation on this hotel as the things we saw happened there were not ok. This is not standard behaviour for a hotel.
