Have just returned from an 8 day stay and would recommend to anyone. Our room was cleaned 3 times during the stay and the facilities are more than adequate. The bar has a great selection of drinks that are very reasonably priced. The food although basic is tasty and again very well priced. The pool is clean and well maintained and we never struggled for a sun lounger. The walk up to the hotel is steep but we had a hire car so no issue. It is nice to be away from the hassle and bustle of the resorts but only a 2 minute drive to faliriki. The view is also brilliant from the hotel. Special mention to Ben the barman. A pleasure to meet and always a laugh. Thanks for a great stay

September 2022. Its not called panorama for nothing! The views are amazing, beautiful blue agean sea and overlooking the town of Falaraki. Panorama is family run Yanis Ben and the boys are lovely nothing is too much trouble. Everything done with a good sense of humour and charm. I forgot to tell my other half about rhodes narrow pipes and not to have shower pressure up to high and flooded the apartment oops. We reported the problem they came imediately to make sure pipes were not blocked and put a more solid fixing for the shower head also changed the sink tap which flew off. Now showering without any problem. I am partially disabled using a walking stick and cant walk far. There is a very steep but short climb to the apartments however i did manage to climb it with three stops. The taxis are very reasonable charging 10 euros to get into town. The apartment complex is very clean but basic the pool area is lovely very clean. The food in bar area lovely. Recomend the pork chops pictured below and the souvilaki (kebabs). Costing around €8.50 each good value for money. The apartments are nice and quiet. There is plenty nightlife in town. Very pretty and green. September is a nice time to come weather is still warm. My partner is a bit set in his ways he is reluctant to accept change however he is really enjoying the experience. And cosidering coming back next year. This place is suitable for people who enjoy relaxing by the pool. But you have the option to enjoy nightlife and more 'touristy' things in town. We have yet to explore the many beautiful beaches, nothing is to far away by taxi. September 2023 Come back again to this beautiful place. We were greeted with an extreamly warm welcome just like old friends. Katie one of the cleaners gave us a welcome gift of a bowl of fruit (she doesnt do this for every one). We are fond of all the staff. We sent an email to Yannis before coming requesting the same room he responded with 4 mins all booked. When we got here the room was occupied but gave us the one next door which had even better views less obstruction due to trees we loved it. Weather is hotter than last time 32° we needed to purchase air conditioning at 6 euro per day only needed for a few days till we acclimatised then had no trouble sleeping. Panorama is just as clean as last time no problem with bugs except the occasional mosquito, gardens still green despite lack of rain. The food has gone up a little but still very reasonable last year dinner was around 8 euros now 10 euro. We use this as our base had a few dinners out bit prefer the relaxed atmosphere of panorama. I am due to have gastric bypass surgery and have no fear that they can accomodate my dietry needs when we come back next year. We have seen quite a few people who were also on holiday last year and made a lot of new friends as the place was a maximum capacity. The owners and staff are lovely friendly people which has added to the ambiance its like being on holiday with a group of family. We have already decided we are coming back next year for a third time. We were going to look at other Greek Islands but changed our minds.

It's a decent hotel, it very budget tho. I would recommend spending a little more if you can. You have to pay for air-conditioning which us kinda of crazy considering it's 35 degrees outside. The people and service is nice tho and the food is decent.

It is located in quiet place not far from centre of Faliraki so we used to take walks. Rooms are nice and have large balconies enough to have a breakfast or dinner with nice view on a sea (most of them, including ours). Personel is very kind and helpful. We felt there as we were at home. Definitely a place to come back. Very little minus for poor kitchen equipment. We enjoyed our vacation a lot.

It's okay, location is good when you have a car, beach is about 30 minute walk down hill and food about 20 minutes down hill. Make sure you don't leave any towels on the floor, they will punish you by taking away all the towels.
