- Full American breakfast at Mercado (7am to 10.30am). Junior suite guests can also enjoy breakfast at The Plantation Club, which includes sparkling wine
- Option of lunch at Edgewater, Mercado or Le Bleu
- Dinner option of ‘Food Market’ concept at Mercado, à la carte menu at Edgewater, casual dining at Le Bleu or 1,500 MUR credit, per person, per day on food at The Plantation Club. Prior booking required at The Plantation Club, Edgewater and Le Bleu
- Free-flow beverages (10am to 11pm), including selected wines, cocktails, signature drinks, local and international beers, juices, tea, coffee, soft drinks, water and spirits
