Had a lovely stay here in April 24 with my 4 year old. The hotel is in a great location, the staff are very friendly and accommodating to any needs or requests. Helped us looks for his lost toy too, and were very interactive with him. The rooms were actually fine, they maybe need a fresh coat of paint, some tiles and handles but actually overall it didn't matter. All kitchen appliances worked, views were nice and away from the noise, and I would highly recommend this place for anybody. Reception is always kept pristine as is the pool. Great location with shops on every corner and a beautiful beach just 10 mins walk away. Will go back again!

This hotel apartment is very convenient and accommodating. It’s pretty close to a shopping mall called Continent, which has all grocery needs, clothing stores as well as a food court with variety of foods. Also, it is very close to the beaches and old downtown Albufeira. The staff are nice, the cleaning staff don’t know much English, but they do their bests to understand and make you understood. They clean the room everyday , which is great. There is an option of cooking as all the pots, pans, knife, forks are available to use. If I go back to Albufeira, which I hope I do, I will definitely book this hotel apartment. In the lobby there is a bookshelf, where there is different books in Portuguese and English and you can annoy reading those books. The only thing that was missing was they did not have any kids books in that book shelf.

Stayed here in October of 2022. Got the expected Portuguese hospitality. The staff were amazing and couldn't fault them. The hotel was always clean and the reception staff were always on hand if we needed anything, especially Bruno. The breakfast offered was 10 Euros, however it was a little underwhelming and didn't taste quite right so we didn't have another and decided to go elsewhere for breakfast on the next few days. Pool wasn't freezing cold - which is strange for Portugal as they're usually baltic! Which was nice. It wasn't warm, but it was enough to cool you off after being in the sun!

Big rooms, but tired, dusty, cracked and rusty bits. Kitchen had no salt pepper oil or washing up liquid ie basics.Broken kitchen extractor. No pool bar or restaurant as it was off season so really should not have been listed as 4 star

A perfectly adequate apartmento hotel . Dont expect perfection in the rooms as they are well worn . Beds comfortable with plenty of hot water . Air con whch heats too as it csn be cold in feb march . It however is a 2 star hotel pretending to be 4 stars .
