Absolutely appalling experience.
Our group had a reservation booked well in advance, and despite the hotel having full access to all relevant information about our booking, they chose to cancel on us at the last minute. we were essentially turned away for being a larger group of women - to clarify not a hen party.
Now we are left scrambling to find alternative accommodation with fixed dates and limited availability, which has caused unnecessary stress and disruption. This situation could have easily been avoided if the hotel had been transparent or raised any concerns earlier.
This is not just poor customer service it’s unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here, especially if you are travelling as a group. We expected basic respect and reliability, and received neither.

Rooms are old and outdated. Was told we would get a queen bed, arrived to find out they pushed two single beds together. Not an acceptable option for newlyweds. Prices at the pool bar were for beer were 6E compared to 3.5E at most local restaurants. Only one restaurant open and breakfast only. No ice machines, you have to go to the pool bar, and it has limited opening hours.

Decent but very outdated hotel. Needs a lot of renovations. Room has basics needed but quite worn out. Wifi basically never worked. A lot of groups of young people (quite rowdy at time) drinking alcohol in pool (including kids pool).Well located and easy parking. Friendly staff.

We stayed twice in these lovely apartments in Portugal. Very clean and comfortable apartments, a walk to the night life,pubs and cafes and restaurants. We would highly recommend a visit.

Just back from a 10 day stay in this hotel
Had a few teething problems initially that were sorted out quickly by very efficient and friendly staff
The hotel itself is in a good location with bars and restaurants nearby and a very good Chinese just across the road. 10min walk to the strip, and a 20min walk to the old town
The hotel itself has a lovely pool and pool bar which also serves food
Literally the only minus points were, no clothes dryer on the balcony, no net curtains for privacy, and our bedding wasn't changed during our stay
Would definitely stay here again though 👍
