Very bad customer service. Bitten alive with bedbugs, fleas and mosquito. Wet paint in room without any notice. Reception gave 3 strange women the keycard to our room while we were in having a shower. Staff very rude not helpful at all. It's not a 4star hotel as advertised. It only good for hens and stags. Asking €15 for a breakfast is a joke. Staff shouting at you for using the indoor pool, as the outside pool is so cold it's like a cold water treatment. They didn't explain themselves to us and called the guys in reception. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Star rating -4stars

Lovely stay here, i really enjoyed the atmosphere. There was noise at night but that's to be expected in Albufeira. The pool was pure perfection, rooms cleaned daily and i found the staff were helpful whenever needed. Very good location wise, near lots of lovely food establishments and enjoyed the stay here thoroughly.
Would highly recommend for all ages, very family friendly but also lovely for just a girls getaway.
The bar by the pool was lovely, food available and drinks all able to be dropped down to you as you lounge. No card machine working at times but could pay with cash.
Really enjoyed this hotel

close to the strip , despite what many of these reviews say we didn’t find it particularly loud at night (however we travelled in september). walls are quite thin. a lot of sunbeds by the pool , and lovely bartenders. hotel staff at reception were also very useful when we would ask them about excursions etc. make sure they give you the aircon remote at reception as the set temperature is freezing 🥶

Wish we were told The Mitre Bar wasn't open! Only pool bar when we was there! Also dodgy side drawers at side of bed!!! Whilst packing to go home, nearly broke my toe! And some plug sockets didn't work! Otherwise all good and clean!

Stayed for 1 week in August 2023. We made contact with the hotel before flying out and always got a response.
We arrived around 11am, check in was not until between 4-5pm. They had a place we could store our bags, it's small but just about did what was required. They did say we could use all the facilities in and around the pool while we waited.
Once time for check in came around, we were pleased with the rooms and how comfortable the beds were (the one bedroom apartment). The bedroom has 2 single beds, the lounge had 1 sofa bed and 1 pull out bed. Air conditioning, in the bedroom, and in the lounge. The only problem was that the outdoor units are both on the balcony blowing hot air, so you can't sit on the balcony and have the air conditioning on. The rooms were cleaned, beds were made and fresh towels were arranged every day of our stay.
The pool area was lovely. Very much a mixed bag of people staying at the hotel, both party groups and families. We were a family group with both teenagers and young children but never had any issues. It is a lively place at times. One group of lads tricked one of their party into wearing a dissolveable pair of trunks 🤣. He had to get out of the pool naked!! ( he did make an effort to cover himself him).
The pool bar was €5 a pint, the most expensive we found. In old or new towns, a pint can easily be bound for €2 50 -€3
We found that across the area, the service was not as friendly, not sure if this was a culture thing.
One or 2 small negatives but mostly positive... all of our party would love to go back one day
