Only reason I booked this hotel was for the indoor pool n jacuzzi, it was broken and water was ice cold. Guy at reception said they waiting for a heat pump to be installed, the hotel didn’t let us know this before our arrival.
Also they take a 400€ deposit no one told us that either.
It’s noisy.
Mini golf not included
Hotel does not feel like a 4 star hotel it’s really run down and old , rusty shower head with no pressure, lumpy pillows old outdated furniture, breakfast not included.
Gym was nice
And most staff friendly

It was cold n rainy as I expected and my kids couldn’t enjoy indoor pool n jacuzzi, I ended up going to another hotel and paying to use their pool for the day.
Manger didn’t come and show her face just told the reception girl there was nothing they could do for us , not even a discount or free breakfast.
Sooo disappointed.

Very clean and central although beach a good walk away. Rooms have all you will need for self catering. It's a pity they don't have a drying rail attached to balcony wall as its very unsightly all the towels etc hanging over the rails. Wi fi was fast and reliable. Staff cleaning each day. Ample restaurants nearby catering for all diets.

Arrived late at night with no booking. Unfortunately our other accommodation was so poor we could not stay. The staff was so helpful and lovely , luckily there was a room for the night. Hotel is very clean, bedroom was spotless, bed is very comfy, pool area is also very clean and I seen maintenance men taking care of the area. Good facilities, indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi and gym. Ended up staying for the remainder of our holiday. Stayed in a studio apartment for 2 nights then a one bed apartment for 3. This was due to booking so late and it would not be the case normally. Personally preferred the studio as it was slightly more modern however both where absolutely perfect. AC very good in both rooms and all you need in the room, cooker, microwave, utensils etc. Can not praise the staff enough everyone we had dealt with was so lovely snd helpful.

Currently staying at this hotel and my experience so far has been awful. There was guests in the pool at 6:30 one morning screaming and shouting waking me and my wife up. These same guests were then at the pool later in the day discussing explicitly their antics of the night before (with girls they brought back) they were also taking dr*gs by the poolside. I notified the staff of this going’s on but to no avail. There are currently guests blaring music at 9pm and the staff are doing nothing about this. The staff have no respect for the guests. I will not be returning

Lovely stay here, i really enjoyed the atmosphere. There was noise at night but that's to be expected in Albufeira. The pool was pure perfection, rooms cleaned daily and i found the staff were helpful whenever needed. Very good location wise, near lots of lovely food establishments and enjoyed the stay here thoroughly.
Would highly recommend for all ages, very family friendly but also lovely for just a girls getaway.
The bar by the pool was lovely, food available and drinks all able to be dropped down to you as you lounge. No card machine working at times but could pay with cash.
