We had a fantastic time, lovely facilities, friendly staff. The location is stunning and within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, supermarkets and a fantastic French bakery. We had a self catering apartment and were spoilt for choice. Highly recommend the hotel, very comfortable and everything you need. Thanks to Tracy on Reception and all the staff for making us welcome. We will definitely be back again, thanks.

Nestled on the shoreline in Callao Savaje, this is a lovely planned out hotel. Large pool area; with an adult area for relaxing, and the rooms are spacious with large balconies. Special mention to Tracey on reception, she made me feel very welcomed from day one and always greeted me with a smile! Lovely staff all round. If you’re wanting some downtime and sun, this is the place to book :)

Positives:
Pearly Greys was a great aparthotel for duration of our stay there. We were fortune to have a two bed apartment on the 5th Floor with amazing sea views.
The Canarian mountains on the front door side were also stunning.
You could see the well maintained pool area with sun loungers and the restaurant area.
The staff were super friendly, on our first night there was an older male night staff member unfortunately I don't recall his name but he was so direct and helpful with not allowing the taxi services to take advantage of us, but loved his energy. 😁Mileen was very smiley and helpful too (apologies for any misspelling of your name)💕 All staff were welcoming especially Tracy our favourite she made our stay extra special and it would not have been the same without her, missing her already, 😭 she was always smiling and informative of places to visit and the best transportation to get there and never too busy to chat and help us. 😘🥰
Fortunately we had nice & really warm/hot weather the whole stay. The Hotel's and the local restaurants were amazing we were not disappointed with all meals purchased, which match UK prices but better quality.
The accommodation has more older occupancy, but also younger couples with children who all seemed to be having an Amazing time.
With bowls, pool table and the swimming pool.
House keeping every other day to change bedding and refresh towels etc.
Nagatives:
My only negatives are lack of kitchen utensils but enough to survive.. Lol. That's if you plan to cook.
Also the sockets need updating to modern High powered connections. Just bring quality multi plugs.
This Accommodation is highly recommended by us.
And plan to visit again because of Tracy ❤️

We stayed here from Monday to Sunday. This hotel is well-located in a small village, just a short walk to the beach. The village has several restaurants, as well as a bakery and a supermarket. Please note, the hotel is located on quite a steep hill, and depending on where your room is, you may have to walk up a steep path within the grounds to reach your room. Keep this in mind when booking the hotel. The deck, where you can sunbathe, offers a nice view of the sea. The staff is friendly and helpful.
A few issues we encountered during our stay. Just for your information:
• There is no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan, which doesn’t do much. Late November was still somewhat bearable, but I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone if you’re staying in the middle of summer. It was already uncomfortable when you entered the room.
• We arrived around 2 PM. The room was ready, but we were told we could only enter the roomif we paid €30… This was really the first time I had heard of or experienced something like this…
• Pool towels were available, but only if you paid €5… Another first…
• There is a small kitchen with all the basics you need if you like to cook on your holidays.
• The cleaning staff came just once in the 6 days to change the towels and empty the trash. It’s really shocking that the towels were only changed once and the trash was emptied just once. I can’t imagine how bad this would be if the temperature was 30+ degrees every day.
• Parking around the area is free. To park inside the hotel grounds it costs €10 per day.
• The food at the hotel is fine. The prices are comparable to those at the local restaurants in the area.
• There is a small slide available. People of all ages can use it.
Basically you had to pay for everything, to get the bare minimum. All in all, there were a lot of "firsts," including staying at this hotel. But for us, it will remain a one-time visit. If we ever return to Tenerife, it will be at a different accommodation.

We have just returned from a great 3 week holiday at Pearly Grey.
The location of Pearly Grey is fabulous and boasts fantastic sunset views. Nearly all the rooms have sea views.
The staff were all very helpful and the few problems we had were dealt with very quickly.
The restaurants nearby are good and if you do not want to wonder out and about the Quo at the resort provides excellent food and drinks all day too. The Quo also provides evening entertainment.
Looking forward to returning next year.
