Positives: Pearly Greys was a great aparthotel for duration of our stay there. We were fortune to have a two bed apartment on the 5th Floor with amazing sea views. The Canarian mountains on the front door side were also stunning. You could see the well maintained pool area with sun loungers and the restaurant area. The staff were super friendly, on our first night there was an older male night staff member unfortunately I don't recall his name but he was so direct and helpful with not allowing the taxi services to take advantage of us, but loved his energy. 😁Mileen was very smiley and helpful too (apologies for any misspelling of your name)💕 All staff were welcoming especially Tracy our favourite she made our stay extra special and it would not have been the same without her, missing her already, 😭 she was always smiling and informative of places to visit and the best transportation to get there and never too busy to chat and help us. 😘🥰 Fortunately we had nice & really warm/hot weather the whole stay. The Hotel's and the local restaurants were amazing we were not disappointed with all meals purchased, which match UK prices but better quality. The accommodation has more older occupancy, but also younger couples with children who all seemed to be having an Amazing time. With bowls, pool table and the swimming pool. House keeping every other day to change bedding and refresh towels etc. Nagatives: My only negatives are lack of kitchen utensils but enough to survive.. Lol. That's if you plan to cook. Also the sockets need updating to modern High powered connections. Just bring quality multi plugs. This Accommodation is highly recommended by us. And plan to visit again because of Tracy ❤️

Great location, amazing staff, the breakfast is really good value. We’ve been coming here for over a decade and still love it. Things to improve: minor bits really, more than 1 pillow per person, entertainment could last longer than an hour, the menu needs to have more variety and the cost needs to be more competitive with other local restaurants. Kids facilities could be better equipped.

Our second time staying here but first under the new ownership. As before, the room was clean, practical and had a great view. The pool area is immaculate but be prepared for how cold the pool is. We didn’t try the buffet breakfast but the snacks at lunchtime were great. All the staff are amazing.

We had a lovely week at Pearly Grey having a relaxing holiday as a family. The room we stayed in was lovely, clean and had all the essentials we needed. The service down at the QUO was amazing as always, Victor, Ruth and Margaret attending to our every need ensuring we are properly looked after. There are great views from the edge of La Gomera and a wonderful view of the ocean. We will be back next year!!!

Been coming with family for the best part of 30 years, since changing to Quo the quality of the drinks are great (love the Poborski and Long Island Ice Tea!) Staff are amazing too and always happy to help and go above and beyond. You easily get the best sunset views from here too, and they welcome none-guests to the Quo restaurant for food and drinks and the night entertainment
