I stayed at The Suites for 3 weeks i January this year, apologies for the long overdue review.
As a single female traveller, I have to say, I was looked after incredibly well, the staff became friends, and nothing was too much trouble.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, as was the whole resort, a big shout our to the cleaners, lifeguards and the bar/ waiting staff who were wonderful.
The reception staff and Manger were wonderful.
The courtyard area was suberb as was the pool areas.
I really enjoyed my stay, and was incredibly sad to leave.
Thank you ALL so very much,
Gracias,

Recently stayed here for 2week holiday. Located up a steep hill but its located perfectly beside bars shops and restaurants. It's about 20mins walk to the beach.
The place is spotlessly clean tho the rooms are slightly dated. The rooms have a decent kitchenette microwave toaster coffee maker (American style) oven and stove top so quite good. Our room was on the bottom floor right beside the stairs so it was very noisy at times with people up and down the stairs sounds at times like a herd of elephants.
The beds are very hard too but are bigger than the standard size single, we just pushed the 2 together to make a double and the cleaners connected them together. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days and they do a fantastic job.

Well equipped apartment, iron microwave, hair dryer but dated .Nice staff we asked to change rooms as the aircon didn't work. Kitchen sink was blocked in the second apartment but maintenance quickly sorted it.
2 pools and a super gym. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby although hilly but that's Tenerife.
Taxi rank just outside and pick up point for most attractions a few minutes walk away.
Only downside if you have noisy neighbours which we did, constantly noisy until early hours.

So yeah, we spent 14 nights here and honestly, wouldn’t really recommend it.
We booked a sea-view room ages ago, but when we got there the receptionist just handed us some random one. We had to complain to finally get the proper one. The manager was super rude and kinda childish. I even had to call the cops ‘cause she kept saying that was the right room. And guess what? As soon as they realised I was right, suddenly the “sold out” room from the ads was magically free.
And honestly, this place is just chaos. People smoke wherever, make noise all night, take loads of food from breakfast… If you’re local, nope, not allowed. But if you’re Italian or English, no worries — it’s always someone else’s problem

Fantastic hotel to look at, to be in. Rooms are Beautiful to say the least depending what you’re into and your budget. It is half way up a steep hill but if you can manage the walk it’s not that bad close to lots of entertainment and restaurants that are all very welcoming and majority of the staff are very polite helpful and friendly. What let this hotel down in my opinion is the stay was ruined by such a minor issue which turned out to be a bit more dramatic than necessary. Me and my husband only stayed for a couple of nights and made a complaint to the reception multiple times (as did other guest as the made us aware of) about noise from partying teenagers which turned out to be next door to our room at every point we made a complaint the security would escort us to a room above us where there was absolutely no noise yet the noise never stopped. When it was made aware to both the reception and security that it was next door they still proceeded to go to the next floor and try convince us that there was no noise despite us telling them exactly where the noise was coming from. In the end my husband had to escort the security to the room next door and do the security’s job for him after finding 20+ teenagers partying and doing drugs. Ruined our stay here which was extremely disappointing to say the least.
