We enjoyed our stay in Oct. Our apartment was a good size & was lovely & clean. The complex is well kept & the bar area is good. Friendly staff in the snack bar. The pools are freezing though. They really need to be heated. It's in a great location with plenty nearby. The supermarket is a 5 min walk & there are numerous restaurants in the area. We'd return.

Just back from this little holiday. I don’t go to see beautiful rooms/old furniture/or rusted screws.. A holiday is what you make it. The staff in this Aparthotel are Absolutely Brilliant.. all smiles/greetings/ even help out when a bug get into the room.. We laughed /screamed but it was dealt with by reception staff.. The food in restaurant was lovely And plenty as were the drinks.. Again Staff were Brilliant Pools were nice.plenty sun beds. Only down side room was facing a loud main road.. I’m sure we will return.. Would be nice to do AI. But there don’t Fun was had by all Ange and Rugg family Thank You

This is my second time staying here and I cannot fault it. The staff are so welcoming and friendly - 5 stars! And the rooms are lovely and tidy and spacious. The location is amazing it’s a few minutes walk to the beach and there are lots of places to eat on the door step. I would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our week long stay. For the price, this far exceeded my expectations. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Pool and restaurant are great with amazing, friendly staff. Short walk to the beach front area and cheap taxis available to the other destinations in the area.

I hate to write such a negative review. However I believe in the interest of saftey that people dont attend this hotel via jet2. Firstly, the photos you see online from the hotel are completely inaccurate. Absolutely awful stay. The hotel is outdated, dirty (mouldy bathroom, dead bugs on ceiling, no clean towels each day), and badly run (you cant cook in the apartments easily the facilities are so poor). It’s right on a main road in a built-up area, with noise blasting all night no matter which way your room faces. The walls are paper thin — you hear everything: people walking, talking, being intimate, scraping furniture and more. Our first room was next to a guest blasting music until 1am for days — staff refused to move us until I was in tears. Cleaners rarely turned up, sometimes not until 5pm when we needed to get ready, and even broke some of our toiletries. Towels are a complete scam — charged £10 each for the smallest mark, then taken away and never returned. Bathrooms were mouldy, facilities broken, pool unusable, and the “gym” a joke. Staff were rude, dismissive, and even shouted at me not to complain to Jet2. One of the rudest members of staff are in photos of other reviews. The surrounding area is nothing but a loud party strip, definitely not suitable for families. The entertainment is awful, not for children, loud karaoke wailing can be heard until 11pm to the 2nd floor. Worst of all, we came down with the worst stomach virus after eating the food here. We are home and still sick, on route to see a UK doctor.
