Budget friendly holiday late October to Early November. Hotel was busy but not too busy. Arrival was quick enough checkin. Was £100 deposit per room to be paid on card only that we were not aware of. Rooms were nice enough and cleaned almost every day. Sheets and towels I believe were changed 3 times over the 7 days which is good. WIFI available in reception only - cannot get at the pool, rooms or restaurant. Pool and pool area was cleaned every morning. All inclusive meals were great with plenty of choice and certain themed nights (Italian, Canarian, English, mexican, Chinese). I loved every night of food. Four nights of entertainment during our stay which was ok but entertaining enough to get people enjoying themselves. Entertainment finished by 21:00. Food ends around 21:00 and all inclusive was over by 22:30. If you want to go on longer, the Europa center is a short walk from hotel where you can get cheap enough drinks, food and lots of entertainment or sports till very late. Loved the location for views of the sunset, landscape and beach from a height and also the closeness to the Europa centre. Be aware the walk down to beach is down a steep winding road and then all the way back up again which I enjoyed a few times but as the heat hit 30°c and with 2 kids, after a few days we were using taxis which was only 5/6€ per trip. Taxi cost to/from airport was around €75 each way. Only thing is recommend as missing to the hotel is a little bit of light music around the pool/bar.

This is a fab small quiet resort there is entertainment on 3 x in the week 😀. Nothing during the day . Some times there's music through the speakers depending whos on the bar . Elvis is one of the best happy workers 2 where he keeps holiday spirts up @ the bar. The bar closes half past 10 , and no you can't buy a drink after words as its all closed up. Sad as you can't even buy a drink as no staff every thing is closed. Food is l9vely and hot although no soups in the evening . But something to eat 4 all . Easy access to Europe centre where you can drink eat music dance to your hearts content.in all a lovely little quiet place .

Came here with the family a couple of weeks ago. Most of the staff were rude especially the lady on checkout. We asked to move rooms due to damp and not being able to shut a window and we had to pay 30 euro just to move rooms. Then our new room was never cleaned once or given new towels for the rest of the holiday. 1 waiter and chef was nice but another waiter man was rude. They'd left the cereal out for dinner one night so our 3 year wanted cereal so we let him but then the waiter came and told us off. Grand Canaria was great and the hotel is near a nice beach but would never come back to this hotel again.

Came here as solo traveller, paid all inclusive... Guys honestly, all inclusive is not worth that. You allowed to take only watered down cocktails and 1 type of beer. Buffet works 3 times a day, dinning room are absolutely rammed with people, I've being politely taking plate with me to the room, and I'm being told off. (No-one said to me on check in, that you can't do that). I've visited poor countries, been in more than 30 countries, this one is worst hotel experience ever. Never again, although I'm coming here at least once a year.

Just got back from here and what a absolute disaster of a hotel to stay in if your going all inclusive this is definitely not the hotel for you the food was always cold when ever you was on time or left it a little bit later the food was either overcooked where is was burnt or under cooked where it was too hard. And seemed what was left over from dinner they would re use it and make it into something else for the following day. The bar. Was appalling wasn't even a bar was just a counter with drinks on a shelf behind it with limited drinks. One beer only to pick from it shut at 10 .30 so after that couldn't get a drink there was supposed to be intertainment in 11 nites staying here there was intertainment TWice . On. Arrival was told by security that there was a side A and B and we was on side A so that's were we had to stay wasn't told this was the quiet side. The two swimming pools I've seen bigger ponds than that if there was more than five people in there no one could move . It ended up being a expensive holiday even though it already was but you physically couldnt eat the food every day it was competitive same shit every day. Nothing changed so extra money we had was spent on going out to eat . Also if you are thinking of playing music by the pool or in your apartment not loud I wouldn't bother as it's not aloud non of this information was on there website when booked but there are rules in your apartment on the wall and in bathroom of what you can and can't do so from experience I've had here with my partner I would avoid this hotel for sure one of the worse ever but Puerto Rico it's self amazing place we will be back again but will be doing our research to insure we don't have this appalling experience again
