Surprise €200 deposit per room on arrival. Very strict rules about losing it. Cleaners would only come early in the morning and were on a lads holiday… ( like all other guests ) so our room didn’t get clean for a whole week. Only 1 key per room, if you lose it it’s €50 and they can’t give you a new one till the next day. Apart from this, rooms were decent, pool / entertainment was good and staff were great. Shame.

We have just had a week with you!!
We loved it, Staff made us feel welcome, they went above and beyond to help us. We weren't sure about the area as our first visit so we asked Lilly and she went out of her way to find us a map.
She explained how to get to the old town, etc.
Nice bar serving cocktails, food etc.
The Room was spotless everything you need for self catering.
We went to Aldi and stocked up the fridge/ freezer.
Nice pool and sunbathing area, we had mixed weather but enjoyed a few days around the pool. Really nice and chilled vibe.
Hotel is close to lots of bars and eating places.
Lovely pizza place on the corner.
Will definitely visit this hotel again.

Nice basic clean apartments, nice pool area just not enough sunbeds and also very loud at all hours of the night, its full of young teenagers who cant hold there drink and want to be clowns around the pool all day then play loud music and scream and shout all night.
Other than that not a bad place, wouldnt reccomend familys.

Came here with a group of 8 girls! Decent sized rooms, very good location in terms of nightlife, staff were very friendly and came around the pool to offer drinks etc, lovely little cafe by the pool with food and drinks which we found very useful, good shop nearby for food and drinks also. definitely wouldn’t recommend for families as it definitely is more of a younger location, 90% were around 18-25 groups which was perfect for us, our cleaner was lovely ( margaretta I believe her name was) room was cleanish upon arrival and small fridge hence 3 stars instead of 4, €200 deposit required upon arrival which was quickly given back at check out so no issues with that

The hotel is at a great location and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The pool area is ok. My complaint is the outdated rooms and bugs. The hallways of the resort have many bugs on the walls and floors. It needs to be sprayed. They don’t supply shampoo or body wash which is frustrating. The rooms are very old with uncomfortable beds and aging tile. It’s a value hotel but needs upgrades and pest control. The cafe staff was very good. The resort requires a cash deposit which is frustrating. The Joey’s to the rooms are manual double keys.
