We stayed at the Myconian Korali for five days and were truly satisfied in every respect. The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle service, which can be arranged in advance via email. I highly recommend using it, as a taxi ride currently costs at least €36 according to the local fare rates.
Upon arrival, we were greeted directly at the car and escorted inside. After presenting our passports and credit card at reception, the concierge kept us entertained while the paperwork was being completed, providing useful information about the area, recommended restaurants, and local attractions.
Since we booked through the Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts (FHR) program, we received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. I can highly recommend this option—the view is exactly the one featured in Myconian’s promotional advertisements and truly stunning.
At the beginning of our stay, the hotel was very quiet, although it became noticeably busier as the week progressed. Regardless of how crowded the hotel was, the staff remained exceptionally attentive at all times. I would particularly like to mention Karina, who took excellent care of us every evening during sunset by the pool. That said, the entire team was outstanding.
The hotel is located about 500 meters from Mykonos Town, which is an easy walk.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the property is stunning, the employees are super kind and welcoming, the room we selected was a little small, but still really clean! Peaceful stay, great food and area!

This hotel absolutely does NOT deserve five stars. I honestly question how this so-called luxury hotel is even listed under RELAIS & CHATEAUX . From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the entire experience was a complete disaster.
First of all, the hotel completely messed up our luggage situation. When we arrived, they initially acted as if our suitcase had gone missing. Nobody seemed to know where it was, and no one took responsibility. The strange part is that after we had already checked in to the room finally with the our luggage. in our possession the reception suddenly called our room saying that “our suitcase would arrive shortly.” Naturally, I asked: “Which suitcase? We already have our luggage. At that point it honestly sounded like they were about to send someone else’s suitcase to our room. Extremely strange and unprofessional. Clearly, this hotel has serious issues when it comes to handling guests’ luggage.
Customer service in general was beyond terrible. Whenever you make a complaint, nobody replies to your emails. Funny enough, if it’s about airport transfers or extra charges, they answer immediately.
Trying to speak to the hotel manager was impossible. We were constantly told someone would call us back, but of course nobody ever did. The staff seemed unmotivated, unprofessional, and annoyed whenever guests asked for anything.
The room itself was extremely disappointing and completely run-down for a supposed 5-star property. The mirrors were dirty, housekeeping was careless, and the shower leaked every single time we used it, flooding the bathroom floor. It honestly felt more like a cheap old hotel than a luxury resort in Mykonos.
Breakfast service was another joke. Asking for something as simple as a slice of lemon for tea required asking five or six times before anyone finally brought it. Everything took forever, even basic requests.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Completely overpriced, badly managed, and absolutely nowhere near 5-star standard. I would never stay here again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

10 Stars — Absolutely Perfect Stay!
We stayed in a stunning sea-view room with an outdoor hot tub, and everything about it was flawless. The room was impeccably clean and felt brand new, decorated in soothing whites and soft blues. The bed and cozy seating area overlooked the ocean, and thoughtful touches like an in-room espresso maker, a chilled bottle of champagne, and a large box of chocolate truffles awaited us in celebration of our 25th anniversary. Even the towels smelled amazing!
Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, Baos, was the perfect anniversary experience. The dining room was elegant, the food was delicious, and our server Maria was wonderfully knowledgeable, explaining each menu option in detail. The beautifully etched wine glasses added a special touch.
The pool area was chic and relaxing, complete with a DJ playing great background music, and breakfast offered a nice variety of options each morning. Every staff member we met was accommodating, friendly, and eager to help. It’s about a 10-minute walk to town, which made exploring easy.
We could go on and on — this boutique hotel truly exceeded our expectations. Our travel agent recommended it, and we’re so glad she did. We HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Those might have been my favorite place I've stayed at in all the world, but definitely the best in Greece. The view was nothing less than breathtaking, you should watch a sunset from the restaurant, Baos, as it is a real treat. The staff are very nice and attentive. It was a little warm in the year to use the jacuzzi much, but I enjoyed that. They also kept giving us complimentary bottles of some of the best wine I've ever had. Its a short walk to Chora aka old Mykonos Town where all the shopping, food, and partying, are at. I would definitely recommend staying here and I'll be coming back if I ever visit Mykonos again.
