Excellent location & room cleaned daily, always loads of fresh towels, excellent power shower with hot water at all times, even at high usage times. Really comfy bed, best sleep I've had away ever. All reception staff very helpful & friendly, great pool area. Definitely use this group again 😍

We arrived around 10pm, check in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had booked to go half board and although dinner had finished by the time we arrived, we were presented with a selection of food on an tray along with a bottle of water to take to our room! There is a €12 per day charge for aircon (€20 deposit for the control) but worth every penny after a hot day!
The hotel was spotless, from the rooms, reception area, dining area to the pool, the cleaners are around most of the day mopping and polishing!
Great amount of choices for both breakfast and dinner, food is kept hot/cold as appropriate and the trays are replenished frequently!
The Pool area is a lovely sun trap, we never had a problem finding two sunbeds, together. The large pool itself was great to cool off and relax in, its filled with clean salt water, …..a deep end, shallower end, Jacuzzi and children’s pool!
The hotel is a five minute walk from the Yumbo centre and around 10/15 minute walk to the beach.

What a fantastic luxury holiday. Everything was perfect. The room was lovely with good air conditioning. All the staff were exceptionally good.
The mud detox included in our package was different but enjoyable. My skin was so soft afterwards and all finished of with a really good massage.
The buffet breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. The best bit though was the dinners, the tastes were amazing whatever you choose from a good range on the menu. The chef deserves every bit of praise for his culinary expertise.
Would recommend this Spa hotel to everyone and hope to come back again ourselves

It’s a large property – I spent a week there. The room had a well-equipped kitchenette and a separate bedroom. It faced the main street on one side and the pool and Yumbo Centre on the other, so unfortunately, it was quite noisy. The room and hotel were of a decent standard, and the breakfasts and dinners were delicious. The staff were extremely friendly. Unfortunately, there was no free air conditioning in the room – for those interested, it costs €12 per day. Overall, I had a positive experience, but if the rooms were soundproofed and included air conditioning, I would rate it 5/5.

Well this place is amazing.
First of all the staff, all of them are so friendly and very helpful., a big shout out to imna behind the bar and other lady there service is amazing.
Rooms are super clean, I had a double bed. Fully equipped kitchen and a longe. Shower is nice and very powerful. I was room 530 right at the top and the end so a slightly bigger balcony than others.
I paid for air con which was needed as temperature has touched 35 a few days.
Central location for the Yumbo, which is on the doorstep.
I will be back again for sure. Amazing place, amazing staff and a great holiday. Thank you so much x ❤️
