The hotel offers an outdoor pool, a small gym with some basic equipment and a sauna (all working until 7 pm) as well as a nice breakfast which you can order from the menu (all included except for deserts). You can also buy lunch and dinner for 400 TL per person, all meal is included except drinks. No parking at the hotel but you can park nearby. The room had a small balcony, but was old and not very clean. It desperately needs renovation and proper cleaning. We also saw cockroaches in the restaurant and SPA area.

The hotel itself was good. Reception was helpful and the rooms were clean and well taken care off by the cleaners and the spa was good. However, the restaurant was horrible. There were only two options for breakfast and the waiters were clueless in how to provide decent service. Communicating with them was like trying to communicate with a bunch of headless chickens. I remember I had to ask a waiter for bread 5 times but it wasn’t going through his skull, until the manager arrived and served us how we should have been served. Would recommend the manager of the restaurant to hire new stuff who have at least basic understanding and a verbal ability to speak English - it would only serve better for business. All in all - hotel was good but was let down by the underwhelming restaurant. Marmaris itself is super busy and loud so if anyone wants something a bit more quiet, I would consider a hotel elsewhere or a different place for a holiday.

Room had lots of stains. It was also dusty when we arrived - felt more 2 or 3 star than 4 star hotel. Also found insect in shower. Staff in hotel and in the HAPPY restaurant were friendly and helpful. However, the spa here was excellent - way better than the one offered with the tourist guides. Would recommend strongly for the spa hamam package.

Brilliant location. Everything was perfect. Loved the cafe where we could have breakfast and tea coffee all day. Others have mentioned that portion sizes are small but they are not. The homestyle breakfast and the omelettes are really good. You can ask for extra toast, butter and anything of the other extras like honey. The pool was super clean The indoor pool was so relaxing Staff is super nice and friendly So local to everywhere Beach is a 2 minute walk from the gates by the outdoor pool. I would love to visit again. Only drawback they had no iron So will be going again but will take my travelling iron (not a big deal lol 😆)

I had a fantastic experience with a bartender called HIKMET at a pool bar in a Motto hotel. The bartender was friendly, skilled, and attentive. He created delicious cocktails and paid attention to every detail. I highly recommend visiting this bar and enjoying the exceptional service provided by Hikmet.
