This hotel is a very good choice for a short stay in Marmaris. The location is fine—just a 2-minute walk to a private beach. The property itself is modern, spotless, and very well maintained, with a private pool that added a relaxing touch to the atmosphere.
What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and making sure we felt welcome. Even during my early check-out, they prepared a delicious breakfast to go, thoughtfully packed and presented with genuine warmth.
This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to unwind. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to return in the future!

Clean hotel with a very good location, but no parking. You have to park the car elsewhere for a fee of €10 per 24 hours, which isn’t much. The breakfast was nothing special, but still okay since we stayed only one night.
What I didn’t like was the air conditioner in the room, positioned directly in front of the bed, blowing straight into your face — leaving it on would be a 100% guarantee to catch a cold! I don’t know why the central air conditioning wasn’t working, but it seems they have an issue with it. Another thing that left a bad impression was that in the morning, the air conditioning in the hotel lobby wasn’t working, while in the restaurant it was. As I said, they seem to have a problem with it. For me, this is a 3-star hotel.”

We stayed 5 night at this hotel. While the room was alright overall, you can see in some aspects that the "premium" feeling is just upon the first look. Take a closer look and you will find shampoo and bodywash watered down to the point it slips through your fingers before you can apply it and rusty door hinges. However, the breakfast was our biggest nightmare. The staff seem to have no idea what is going on, add to that they barely speak any english. There wasn't one day where we got a correct order in under 30 minutes. Seriously, if a 4 star hotel is incapable of hosting an a la carte breakfast, maybe they should move back to buffet style. Add to that they have 3 main options: turkish, english or pancake breakfast with the option to add eggs and coffee (horrible coffee). Feel free to take a look at the "veal sausage" among the pictures I attach. This is the cheapest, worst quality sausage you can get in turkish stores. Good way to cut costs in a premium hotel I guess. Also, I have never seen a hotel where we dont get a regular duvet or blanket just some random sheet. Just to end this review on a better note: the outside pool area and fitness center were great, also the beach area with free lounge chairs. They always had enough lounge chairs for all guests. While I think the issues I listed can be rather easily fixed, it did have a big negative impact on our holiday here, if they can fix these this hotel has good potential.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was recently renovated, everything is fresh and nice, the rooms look even better than in the photos. Each has a flat TV on the wall as well as a kettle, fridge and hairdryer and basic cosmetics in the bathroom and good air conditioning and a safe for free. Rooms cleaned every day, coffee, tea and mineral water in the minibar also refilled. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, it really looks very good. We had room 302 partially facing the street, but you couldn't hear the loud music that I read about in other reviews. We didn't hear anything.
Breakfasts included in the price, only 2 to choose from: English or Turkish, but always fresh and tasty.
Staff helpful and very friendly.
Location good, just a step away from the Promenade, there were no sun beds on the beach or water in the pool in March, I recommend going from April.

Highly recommended this hotel! The service was exceptional, the rooms were spotless, and the atmosphere made it feel like a true gateway. Can't wait to come back!
