Great holiday. The Italian restaurant was our favourite. Roula and Spyros were amazing waiters and recommended the best food! Toto and Ana kept the kids and adults entertained. Our second stay here and won't be our last! Excellent holiday!

We just returned from a fantastic week at Mitsis Laguna Resort in Crete, and I have to say, the service here is some of the best we’ve ever experienced—even better than Club Med. The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay special.
A huge shout-out to the sports team for keeping us active and entertained, the champagne & sushi bar team for their amazing service and delicious offerings, and the restaurant teams—especially Violetta, Theodor, and so many others—who made every meal a delight. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and high quality across all five restaurants.
The resort itself is stunning, right on the beach with beautiful views. Our room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the facilities—pools, spa, private beach—were all top-notch. Our kids loved the kids’ club, and the evening entertainment was always fun.
There are just a couple of small things that could be improved: the wine is always served warm (we Americans love our drinks chilled!), and the restaurant reservation system can be a bit chaotic. A simple investment in a wine chilling system (like Lechiller) and a more streamlined booking process would make a big difference.
Overall, Mitsis Laguna Resort is an outstanding choice for a luxury getaway in Crete. The service, location, and amenities are all fantastic, and the team truly makes you feel at home. We’d come back in a heartbeat—just keep that champagne and sushi coming, and maybe chill the wine a little! 😊

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning view. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch — from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the luxurious bathroom products.
The food at the restaurant was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever had. The location was also perfect — close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing.
The Disney shows were absolutely amazing — full of magic, fun, and incredible performances that made the stay even more special. It truly added an unforgettable touch to the experience.
Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to come back!

This was perfect holiday !
It was our fourth time in Mitsis Laguna and I have to say it - this is the best hotel IN THE WORLD. We travel all around the world and honestly there is no better place than Mitsis Laguna.
There are a few things I appreciate a lot:
1. Level of service
Always smiling, always in a good mood, ready to help, ready to make you feel well.
2. Nothing is a problem - you want 3 eggs instead of one - sure. You dont want jam you want fresh strawberries - of course
3. Quality of food and drinks
I appreciate garnish of drinks and look of food on the plate.
4. Taking orders for drinks while lying on sunbed- you dont have to go to the bar. Staff is extremely nice and always happy to help.
5. Rooms are clean, there is no problem with fresh towels.
6. We didnt have any problem with booking ala carte restaurants.
7. We loved the idea of outdoor gym ! Best Regards to Theodor Violetta Chris - thanks to you we could eat more on our holiday ;)
8. This is not a typical all inclusive hotel - this hotel makes you feel special everyday.
We will definitely come back.
I would say this is the best relaxing experience in my life. If I dream about relax I dream of Mitsis Laguna ;)

Just spent a week at this hotel with my family and we were blown away.
The rooms were great, mini bar stocked everyday, food was fab, all inclusive drinks were branded and cocktails were top notch.
The hotel itself is amazing with three pools and plenty of bars with four a la crate restaurants and a sushi bar alongside the main restaurant.
Staff were amazing and a special shout out to George from the theatre bar who was great.
Kids loved it and I even got to do some fishing!
Would highly recommend.
