We had a wonderful stay at Mitsis Rodos Maris and wanted to say a huge thank you to the entire team.
We were a group of 17 people, each with different needs, opinions, and requests, and the hotel staff handled everything with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Organizing such a large family trip is never simple, but the team made us feel supported throughout the entire vacation.
A special thank you to the kitchen staff for being so considerate and attentive regarding one of the children’s food allergies. It gave us real peace of mind and showed how much the staff truly cares about guests.
We also want to thank the concierge team for helping us with transportation, reservations, and organizing everything on very short notice. They were available day and night, always responsive, helpful, and kind.
What we will remember most from this trip is the incredible people working at the hotel. From the supermarket staff, food stations, entertainment team, and reception, to every employee we met - everyone was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The hotel itself has a charming old-style resort village atmosphere that feels warm and relaxing, especially for families with children. The beach area is beautiful and the surroundings are lovely.
The only small downside for us was the distance from Rhodes City, which is about an hour away. We honestly wish this amazing hotel were closer to the city, but at the same time, the peaceful and beautiful location is part of its charm.
Thank you Mitsis. Thank you to the entire staff and everyone who made our stay special. We truly enjoyed our vacation, and we will definitely be happy to return in the future.

My husband and I just left and were very pleased with our stay. I am giving the resort 4 stars instead of 5 because, as many others have said, some things need to be updated. Regardless, it was a lovely vacation!
Pros: All inclusive means ALL INCLUSIVE! My husband and I ate at the A la carte restaurants on 4 occasions, drank plenty of cocktails and coffee drinks (the iced frappe and Freddo Cappuccinos are amazing!), had plenty of snacks, used the mini bar…and we didn’t have any additional charges. The drinks at the main bar are truly delicious and the beach bar had quick service and decent drinks! Speaking of service, the staff was incredibly friendly. The staff at the bars, restaurants, and front desk were extremely helpful and would remember you from past encounters. For what we paid, this resort had amazing value!
Cons: As previously stated, some things need to be updated such as the rooms and beach chairs. The room was comfortable, but the walls were a bit thin and we had to carry a physical key with us. Not a big deal, but something to note.
Overall, we had a great time and would recommend!

Lovely resort and we had a great holiday. I would say the hotel is more of 4* and would benefit from some updating but generally a good hotel.
Pros: lovely staff, some great entertainment with magic show/superheroes/comedy shows. Amazing pizza and crepe places.
Cons: kids playground would benefit from a few more equipments, heated indoor pool would be great, food in the restaurants could do with more flavour.

We booked through on the beach flying from Birmingham airport,
Every thing went very smoothly, through to landing in Rhodes where our pick up was waiting which took an hour to get to Mitis Rodos Maris complex.
We were shown to our room and have to say it was dark, old and tired ,not what we expected, so we went to reception and mentioned this and here is the masterclass on how to deal with a complaint.
The head receptionist and the customer care team were amazing, they gave us options and said if you can wait the next day we have a room which we think you will like, we waited the next day and we accepted the room which was perfect, from then on everything was great, the jewel in the crown are the staff, they are amazing ,the service in the restaurant to the food to the amazing bar staff we felt truly spoilt
The beach is superb with plenty of deck chairs
The pool area if you get in early is close to the restaurant and bars, there is a dress code,and you won't get into the eating areas with swim wear.
Places to visit are Rhodes town and especially Lindos which is beautiful, there is a bus stop outside the hotel, number 74 take 30 minutes into Lindos and 2hours into Rhodes

It was one of the best experiences we had in a hotel. Amazing hotel for me and my child. He was so happy with the children centre and the lovely Maria that he keeps asking to go back for our next holidays. Another area of his interest was Gelateria with Despoina and Basis making him feel like a king. It is really important for me that my child enjoy his stay as he is Autistic and normally he struggles when we visit big hotels. We are happy with the service, the swimming pool, the food and the beautiful views. We really enjoyed our stay at Mitsis Rodos Maris and I’m thinking why not go there next year to make our holidays greater!!! Thank you Maria, Despoina, Babis and all the staff, for making us feel amazing on our holidays.
