We are very impressed by the hotel and we truly recommend this place for vacation. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere in the hotel is amazing! The food is fantastic and the organization on breakfasts and dinners are really great. The hotel is located close to the sea so the view from the swimming pools is breathtaking. We especially recommend Erivs from the bar by the reception. He is truly professional and very open to all of the guests. He served us almost every evening and was very helpful. We’re definitely coming back to this place and we made some unforgettable memories. Very recommend!

I had an outstanding stay at Mitsis Norida Beach Hotel—truly one of the best all-inclusive experiences I've had. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and set in a stunning beachfront location. What truly sets it apart, though, are the buffet and the staff.
The buffet was exceptional—offering a wide range of delicious, high-quality dishes that changed daily. From fresh salads and local Greek specialties to international favorites and incredible desserts, every meal felt like a treat. The live cooking stations and attention to dietary needs were especially impressive.
The staff were simply amazing—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Whether at reception, in the restaurants, or by the pool, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the entire experience.
If you're looking for a hotel where you feel well taken care of and can enjoy fantastic food in a beautiful setting, Mitsis Norida is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

We spent a wonderful week at Mitsis Norida and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Our room was clean and well-kept, with everything we needed. While the interior was a bit dated, it was still comfortable and functional — and honestly, we didn’t spend that much time indoors anyway, given the beautiful surroundings.
The location is a bit secluded, which might not suit everyone, but for us it was perfect. It’s ideal if you’re looking to unwind. With a rental car, you can easily explore the rest of Kos — it’s well connected, so it's easy to visit nearby beaches and villages.
One of the biggest highlights for us was the outstanding service throughout the hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. In particular, we want to give special thanks to Anna at the Casablanca Bar. She was incredibly welcoming. Her cocktails were fantastic, and her warm personality really made our evenings at the bar memorable.
We left with great memories and would absolutely consider coming back in the future. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Great stay at Mitsis Norida Beach – with room for improvement in service
We visited Mitsis Norida Beach on the island of Kos at the end of August and beginning of September 2024. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with lovely surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere.
The rooms were fine — nothing particularly impressive, but clean, tidy, and comfortable, which was absolutely sufficient for our needs. We stayed on the ultra all-inclusive package, which was a big plus. Food and drinks were available nearly 24/7, and both were very good in terms of quality and variety.
The biggest downside, unfortunately, was the service. Many of the staff members seemed visibly irritated or frustrated, as if serving guests was a burden. On several occasions, we experienced curt or unfriendly responses, even when asking for simple things like pool towels. It made us feel a bit unwelcome at times, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standard of the resort.
Overall, we had a great holiday and really enjoyed the setting, food, and facilities. However, the staff’s attitude did impact our experience, and I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously. With some improvements in hospitality, this place could truly shine.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Norida hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities one could ask for.
The location was perfect – close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options.
