I had an outstanding stay at Mitsis Norida Beach Hotel—truly one of the best all-inclusive experiences I've had. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and set in a stunning beachfront location. What truly sets it apart, though, are the buffet and the staff.
The buffet was exceptional—offering a wide range of delicious, high-quality dishes that changed daily. From fresh salads and local Greek specialties to international favorites and incredible desserts, every meal felt like a treat. The live cooking stations and attention to dietary needs were especially impressive.
The staff were simply amazing—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Whether at reception, in the restaurants, or by the pool, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the entire experience.
If you're looking for a hotel where you feel well taken care of and can enjoy fantastic food in a beautiful setting, Mitsis Norida is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a positive experience. The reception staff were incredibly patient, kind, and attentive to all our needs. The housekeeping team kept our room spotless, and the Kids Club staff were wonderful with our child, engaging him in fun activities each day. Additionally, the waitstaff in the dining room during breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very kind and attentive, making meal times a pleasant experience.
However, there were some issues. The main pools all had gravel bottoms, which made it uncomfortable and caused scratches. Additionally, all the pools were at least 1.50 meters deep, which was too high for our child. We had to rely on the saltwater pool, which had a regular floor and a depth of about 1 meter, making it safer and more comfortable for our child.
Another downside was the lack of children’s channels on the TV. There were only a few main adults channels, mostly in German, and no options like Netflix, YouTube, or Disney. It was challenging for our child to find suitable entertainment, especially in a kids’ hotel.
Overall, the staff and food were excellent, and we appreciated their efforts. However, improvements in the main pools and entertainment options would make it even better for families. Thank you to everyone who made our stay enjoyable!

We spent a wonderful week at Mitsis Norida and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Our room was clean and well-kept, with everything we needed. While the interior was a bit dated, it was still comfortable and functional — and honestly, we didn’t spend that much time indoors anyway, given the beautiful surroundings.
The location is a bit secluded, which might not suit everyone, but for us it was perfect. It’s ideal if you’re looking to unwind. With a rental car, you can easily explore the rest of Kos — it’s well connected, so it's easy to visit nearby beaches and villages.
One of the biggest highlights for us was the outstanding service throughout the hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. In particular, we want to give special thanks to Anna at the Casablanca Bar. She was incredibly welcoming. Her cocktails were fantastic, and her warm personality really made our evenings at the bar memorable.
We left with great memories and would absolutely consider coming back in the future. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

We loved our stay at Mitsis, the reception was very helpful, service was amazing. The animation reps were great! we enjoyed the disco/pub!! We went to watch the football and had premium branded drinks and partied all night!! Dimitri and his staff were so friendly and showed us some magic tricks!!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with the whole family. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable – perfect for families with children.
The hotel offers a wide range of activities for all ages, including a great pool area, kids' club, and evening entertainment. The food was varied and delicious, with options that suited both adults and picky eaters alike.
Location-wise, it's ideal – close to attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. Everything was well-maintained, and you could tell they really care about the guest experience.
Highly recommended for families looking for a stress-free and fun vacation. We’ll definitely be coming back!
