All round ok experience. Though it doesn't seem like a 5 star hotel.
The room was quite old. For a 5 star I would expect a decent coffee machine. The minibar was also quite sad. Our door didn't properly close, so with the wind it was very noisy at night.
There was quite a variety of food at the main restaurant (if you're not a vegetarian), but it wasn't the tastiest.
The other restaurants were already almost fully booked for the whole week, when we arrived.
We liked the breakfast.
The main pool is beautiful. But you have to get up early in the morning if you want to have a spot, because lots of people put their towels on the beds, even if they're not there.
The saltwater pool is also decent, but not the place if you want peace and quiet. Shoutout to the enthusiasm of the entertainment crew tho.
Also shoutout to Altin and Ervis who were always very kind.

The hotel itself is not only beautiful but also incredibly well thought out in terms of organization, structure, and guest comfort. Everything felt so well planned and perfectly managed that it allowed us to enjoy our stay without a single worry.
Every single person we interacted with from reception, housekeeping, and restaurant staff to the pool and bar teams was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional.They always greeted us with a genuine smile and were eager to help with anything we needed. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel at home while still giving us the luxury and comfort of a 5-star resort. It was clear that the staff take great pride in their work, and their efforts created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere throughout the entire hotel.
The organization of the hotel deserves a special mention. Everything runs so smoothly whether it’s check-in, dining, activities, or even small requests, the efficiency is remarkable. The management clearly knows how to operate at the highest standard, and the results show in every detail. The structure of the resort is designed in such a way that you can enjoy both privacy and vibrant activity. The layout is stunning, blending natural beauty with modern design, and the cleanliness everywhere was impeccable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with the whole family. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable – perfect for families with children.
The hotel offers a wide range of activities for all ages, including a great pool area, kids' club, and evening entertainment. The food was varied and delicious, with options that suited both adults and picky eaters alike.
Location-wise, it's ideal – close to attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. Everything was well-maintained, and you could tell they really care about the guest experience.
Highly recommended for families looking for a stress-free and fun vacation. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Overall nice service, staff are very helpful and friendly, our waiter Ervis was looking after us every night, great service.
Some reception staff a little bit arrogant but overall lovely place to stay.
Maybe a suggestion to have a kids meals corner during lunch and dinner, because there is not much for them to eat, and to have at least one heated pool in the future.
Great access to the beach and lovely, comfortable sun beds .

I had an outstanding stay at Mitsis Norida Beach Hotel—truly one of the best all-inclusive experiences I've had. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and set in a stunning beachfront location. What truly sets it apart, though, are the buffet and the staff.
The buffet was exceptional—offering a wide range of delicious, high-quality dishes that changed daily. From fresh salads and local Greek specialties to international favorites and incredible desserts, every meal felt like a treat. The live cooking stations and attention to dietary needs were especially impressive.
The staff were simply amazing—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Whether at reception, in the restaurants, or by the pool, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the entire experience.
