I had a wonderful stay at Mitsis Cretan Village. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made me feel very welcome. The food was also excellent – fresh, tasty, and with a good variety.
One small detail: after room service, the floor wasn’t wiped and the towels were replaced every time, even when I hung them up to reuse. Not a big issue, but worth mentioning for sustainability. Overall, a great experience - 100% recommend and I’d happily come back!

It was one of the best holidays we had. The staff were amazing, inviting and welcoming. The rooms and facilities were extra clean and maintained. We had 2 people in our party with gluten free diet and there were meals in every time of the day.
The only thing that we missed was Greek food in the main restaurant and Greek music. But besides that the experience was great.

We’re having such a great time at Mitsis Cretan Village! The hotel has a beautiful traditional style with all the comfort you need. Our room is spacious, clean, and has an amazing view of the sea and gardens – the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful – always smiling and making sure everything runs smoothly. It really makes a difference when the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming.
The food has been excellent so far – fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety. We’ve especially enjoyed the Greek dishes and the laid-back vibe at the different restaurants.
The beach is right there and perfect for chilling, and the whole resort feels peaceful and well looked after. It’s a great spot to unwind without being too far from town if you feel like exploring.
Since we’re locals and lucky enough to have easy access, we’re already planning to come back soon – maybe even for a quick weekend escape. It’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again.

It was our first time staying at this hotel, and I hope it won’t be the last. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and then taken to the dining area, where we could enjoy some food – which was perfect since we arrived at night. After that, we were taken to our room.
The first room wasn’t quite what we expected, but after speaking with the staff, there was no problem, and the next day we were given a different room that suited us much better.
The food was excellent – fish, pasta, meat, vegetables… basically everything we could wish for. During the day, there were pizzas, hamburgers, pancakes, ice cream, and both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks available anytime.
The service was outstanding every single day – a big thank you to the entire team!
We always found sunbeds by the sea and by the pool. The beach and the sea were beautiful.

We had a very nice stay. The property is spacious and well taken care of. The rooms are cozy and the airconditioning works well. We enjoyed the evenings in the Main Bar especially thanks to the kind waitress Maria. Our reason for 4 instead of 5 stars would be the food: the quality of the dinner buffet was okay and much to choose from so in the end, we never left hungry, yet regarding the tastiness there is room for improvement.
We did not find the aircrafts passing disturbing, yet we stayed at the hotel in the very beginning of the season thus we cannot say anything as to how much air traffic might increase.
