Beautiful hotel, bright, very tastefully decorated (lots of glass, silver and white). Food was excellent. Delicious breakfasts in the a la carte restaurant. wine bar, champagne bar (great service, Mrs. Magdalena is beautiful, always smiling and very nice), café with cakes. great service in the beach bar - the gentlemen in the bar try hard - bravo. Rooms large, clean, bright, bed linen and towels changed daily.

Me and my family came to the hotel day before Easter, because we wanted to celebrate Easter on a holiday. From arrival at the hotel, we felt a warm welcome and felt like important guests, we were greeted very kindly and were treated with refreshing drinks, and the receptionist was extremely kind. In the evening there was a bus organised from the hotel to the Church, where we were able to go celebrate Easter. On the actual Easter Day, the hotel was had a nice celebration for Easter, they were preparing a large lunch for the guests, there was lamb cooking on the fire, amazing and fresh salads, and any drinks you can imagine, They also have amazing Vegetarian options that aren’t just plan salads and fries. We were really impressed by the staff working well that day, everyone is kind, caters to your needs and helps you in any way you would like, during the celebration there was live music, and children were able to play Easter games like egg hunts etc, we didn’t expect to have such a lovely Easter day, we felt like VIP guests at Mitsis, especially this day.
During our general stay, the room was so clean, with constant lovely housekeeping having regular cleans and checking on us. And on Easter they left us a basket with bread and eggs which was very lovely and thoughtful.
On the beach, there was a bar where you can order any drinks you would like, and there is a Pizza place were you can pick up a fresh slice of pizza whenever you would like and however many times you’d like, staff also regularly come up and check on you at the beach or pool, where you can order with them rather than having to get up yourself.
In the Creperie, there was a large range of waffles and crepes, which were all so amazing, and you could get a coffee or hot chocolate there too, which is delicious. There is also a large variety of mini desserts ( cheesecake, pavlova, macarons etc) you can pick from aswell.
The Buffet had new food to choose from every day, there is a large range and some days were themed (Latin or aisian) and there is food for everyone of any age. There is also a few options of more plainer food like pasta, which you can add sauces to for picky eaters, or just to mix and match with what you chose.
The Italian Al-le-carte restaurant is definitely worth a visit, the food was absolutely delicious, and the pan-aisian.
Every evening we had live entertainment, from dancers, to singers to violinists, every night was enjoyable with a bar and service directly to your table, Nikos was serving us every night, he was so kind and friendly, and making us feel like old friends, and Kiki was always very kind to us, constantly checking on us and making sure our drinks were topped up, they definitely made our stay even better.
We came home so well rested, so happy with the services everyone provided and we recommend everyone to go to Mitsis Selection Alila!

Nikaletta (beach bar) Costa and Lucy (main reception bar) were phenomenal. Very attentive and kind, politely spoken and nothing was too much trouble. They went over and above - thank you!
Alex (front desk supervisors) and George (General manager) were also extremely helpful to ensure that any issues that we had were resolved and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.

Mitsis Alila blew us away with its amazing food. The Greek, Italian, Mexican, and Chinese restaurants were all top quality delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The crepes and waffles bar was a daily treat! Great service, great variety. Perfect for food lovers!

We were very impressed with the quality of food and service. As there was a strike on our day of return the hotel accomodate us for extra half a day without any cost. The hotel itself was very clean and kids friendly. Good for family and couple as well. Well done Mitsis Alila you deserve 5star.I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel. All the best.
