Fantastic!!!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mitsis Alila as a family with two kids! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is stunning, spotless, and full of great activities that kept both adults and children happy.
The kids loved the pools, the slide, and the entertainment, while we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and fantastic food choices. There is something delicious for everyone, and the variety is truly impressive.
What really made our holiday special was the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, caring, and always ready to help. They treated our children with so much kindness, which meant a lot to us.

I cannot say a single bad thing about this place. The service is impeccable, the food is exquisite, the hotel is stunningly beautiful. I think this is one of my favorite hotels in Europe. The beds are very comfortable, the drinks are so delicious. It was just a perfect holiday, and we will definitely be coming back again. Also Rhodes is such a beautiful island and the greeks are so friendly and hospitable. they

My wife and I stayed at the Mitsis Alila hotel for 6 days last week for a relaxing vacation by ourselves.
The hotel surpassed our expectations.
The Alila is a luxurious 5 star all inclusive hotel. There are so many options for food. In addition to the main dining room there are a number of unique restaurants. Greek , Asiatic, Italian, Brunch, Wok, Tex Mex, Pita ,Food truck on the beach etc. The food was very tasty and there were an abundance of different possibilities to try. A favourite is the Creperie which offered amazing desserts throughout most of the day. The different bars throughout the hotel also offered top notch brand name alcoholic drinks.
The service from all the staff is outstanding and responded quickly and positively to any request.
We had booked a room with a view of the beach, but upon arriving received an upgrade to a room with a private swimming pool.
The room was well designed but did show some signs of ageing.
There also was a shortage of USB and USB-C outlets in the room which really should be rectified .
The public pools were great including a heated adult only one.
All the public areas, the lobby, the sun decks, the grounds and the hallways were continously being cleaned.
In summary the Alila is probably the best hotel in the whole of Rhodes
We are definitely going to return next year.

Our experience at Mitsis Alila was simply amazing from start to finish! The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and full of luxury details that make you feel truly special.We had a sea view room which was amazing.The food was delicious with so many options.
But what really made our stay unforgettable were the incredible staff. Every single worker we met was kind, professional, and always smiling. From the reception and housekeeping to the restaurant and bar teams — everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for.
Special thanks to Nestor,Gianis,Eirini,Theodora,the two ladies from the Winery bar(don't remember their name)and of course the sweet Nana from the crepa corner.We also used the spa with our kids and was very good,Tsampika was very kind and professional.
We can’t wait to come back — Mitsis Alila is the definition of 5-star!!!

We had a really nice stay. Everything is perfect. Liked the different kind of foods and all the staff. Calypso, Frankie en Illias at the Poolbar were very nice. Also Dimitra and her colleague at the restaurant. Aris and Sakis are really kind. Thanks for the good stay.
