Definitely not a 5 star hotel!
The strongest points of the hotel are: the territory (well maintained) and the sea view.
The worse and most disappointing thing is the food, very poor, every single day exactly the same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Coffee is disgusting. Sweets and fruits area should be placed in a cooler place, covered, everything was melting.
!!!After one of a la carte restaurant (Soya), my husband had food poisoning, which lasted all the rest of the holiday. Now we have to treat a stomach bug, as nothing seems to help!!!
They don’t have medical point, instead they have a shop, to buy souvenirs and water, because they don’t provide with water.
Another annoying thing was the air conditioning leaking in the room, we had to call the technician 3 times (change for another room was declined).
Room service poor.
In a 9 days and a half, we had our room serviced just 3 times. We had to ask at the reception for toilet paper and fresh towels, they said will send a housekeeper, but no luck even at this time.
Entertainment.
All week we had different musician bands, on the following week we had the same shows again.
Infinity pool - overcrowded every day.
Beach towels can be changed only 10-12.
No wi-fi coverage at seaside.
Overall conclusion, not worth for all inclusive stay at all! Don’t be fooled by their pictures and description. With the same budget, you can find a better stay with tastier food, drinks and entertainment.

Overall, this hotel was good with good service and food however, a few things were a let down.
We wanted to use the spa pool which is stated as “heated” on their website and on their app. To our surprise, it’s not heated. After asking the staff they said you have to go into the steam room and then go into the pool. This doesn’t mean it’s a heated pool. The outside pool was way too cold to swim so we didn’t actually end up swimming the entire 10 days we were there.
We decided to book tennis one day using the app however, after getting to the court there was a queue to use it. After going to reception to tell them they said to come back another day. Just a warning to people booking this hotel, if you’re wanting to book tennis then don’t bother it’s a chance of luck to get onto the court.
The bar was great. Paying for all inclusive was definitely worth the money so this was a great positive. The food each night was also nice however, they don’t cover up the bread through the day and birds fly around the dining hall and were landing on the bread so we didn’t eat any of it.
Entertainment each night was a little lacklustre. Some things are repeated. Surprised we didn’t see bingo as it’s quite popular in most hotels.
The hotel room was really nice. We payed for a premium sea view room which was worth the money. The only thing that was annoying was the shower wasn’t sealed so water kept leaking outside the shower making the floor really wet and we had to use a lot of towels to clean it up every time. The phone also didn’t work so we couldn’t order room service or call the front desk. Even after we complained they said they’d send up maintenance which never happened. The TV in the room is also only in Greek which, I understand is because we were in a Greece country however, the subtitles weren’t working so we couldn’t watch tv at night.
We had our room cleaned every day with fresh sheets on the bed which was great however, the only thing that was a little annoying was when you put the “do not disturb” sign on the door, they completely ignored it. On some days we didn’t want to be disturbed but we felt rushed to leave whilst they made up the bed.
Overall, I’d say this hotel is really nice but it’s not 5 star quality and service which we were expecting. I would say if you’re wanting a chill holiday, this one is for you. I would HIGHLY recommend to rent a car as there’s not much to do close by the hotel and once you have been in KOS town for a few days, it gets a little boring. You can’t get to the other side of the island without driving as there’s no buses that go there and taxis are incredibly expensive. We were quoted 80 euros to travel 30 mins down the road and 80-90 euros on the way back.

This is an honest and truthful review, and honestly, I don’t even know where to begin.
We are two families travelling together — my husband and I, and our son with his wife and our granddaughter. We specifically requested connecting or nearby rooms because our granddaughter wanted to spend time with us, but the reception staff simply said they did not have any available.
This hotel is not even worth two stars. The room had no proper wardrobe or storage space for clothes. The safe had no instructions, and we had to report it twice at reception before someone finally came to explain how it worked. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, the room telephone did not work, and there was no hot water in the shower.
After it rained during the night, we woke up to a huge puddle of water in the room coming from the ceiling and leaking through the wall. When we reported all these issues to reception, they laughed in our faces and said they would send someone to fix everything — which never happened.
The swimming pool area is extremely overcrowded, and there are nowhere near enough sunbeds for guests.
The all-inclusive package is very disappointing. There are only a few drink options, and most of them are disgusting. The food selection is also very limited, including desserts. During meals, nobody serves water or drinks unless you ask two or three times.
Nobody except the receptionist knew where beach towels could be changed. Towels can only be exchanged in one location between 9am and 11am, when most people are already at the pool, and you have to walk down dozens of stairs to get there.
Avoid this resort. It is extremely expensive for the poor quality and terrible service provided. On top of that, they also charge an extra €15 per night.
Very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money.

This hotel is nowhere near a 5-star standard — you’d be lucky to class it as a 4-star.
Let’s start with the entertainment. Considering the hotel is miles away from anything else, you’d expect the entertainment to be one of the highlights of the stay. Unfortunately, it was absolutely shocking. Yes, they have entertainment every evening, but it’s depressing, low quality, and the singers seem like the cheapest acts they could find on the island. The music choices were terrible and definitely not what you’d expect from a holiday resort claiming to be luxury.
Another major issue is the location. Kos town is around a 15–20 minute drive away, and for a hotel advertising itself as 5-star, you’d expect at least a complimentary shuttle service for guests. Instead, they seem to sponsor a local travel company that charges around £20 for the privilege of a short 15-minute journey.
Late-night food is another disappointment. There are no shops nearby, so if you’re hungry after dinner, your only option is the hotel’s evening food selection. Don’t bother — there’s nothing but cold soup and leftover fruit from earlier in the day.
To be fair, the rooms are nice and the pool area is good, but that’s where the positives end.
I travel to a lot of genuine 5-star hotels, and this place is dreadful in comparison. I would never return and I genuinely think the hotel should stop advertising itself as 5-star because it simply doesn’t meet the standard.

We returned from this hotel on Wednesday and it was absolutely stunning! Food was amazing and lots of options to choose from. Plenty of space around the infinity pool which the views were breathtaking. Staff were polite, friendly and could not do enough for you. The entertainment was brilliant! Loved the Arabian Dancers and the band. 100 % recommend this hotel. Our room was kept clean and bed freshly made every morning. Cannot fault anything and would definitely return.
