This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot. The hotel itself is modern, immaculate and very spacious. It’s in the perfect location with fabulous views. You can walk down to the beach where there is a beautiful beach bar / restaurant and sun loungers. Food and cocktails were gorgeous. The Italian restaurant situated at the top of the building has the most spectacular views and is perfect to watch the sunset whilst enjoying dinner at their Michelin star restaurant Isola Manzara Gardens. The staff literally can not do enough for you. We stayed in one of the villas which was 4 bedrooms, 3 floors, had its own private infinity pool it was perfect in every way. If you need anything you simply what’s ap the team and they will bring you anything you need. I have already booked to return in 2 months because it was so fantastic I can’t wait to go back. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting a sheer luxurious holiday.

Nice resort with a good ocean view. Well designed lobby. Excellent rooms with nice views and comfortable beds. The negatives are the prices of the food and drink compared to the quality of them and of the hotel. It was also unfortunate that they were still readying key parts of the resort that had yet to open for the season, but the management addressed this issue satisfactorily and was very kind.

The hotel staff have no idea how to deal with guests and are completely disorganized. The price of the stay is outrageous considering their terrible service. The coordinator, named Sahara, said she had booked us a table at Folie restaurant. But when we got there, they said there was no reservation under our name. We waited for an hour, and the restaurant didn’t have a table for us, so we went back to the hotel. The manager, very nonchalantly, just said that these things happen. There is absolutely no organization or professionalism in how they deal with guests. Their service is extremely poor. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to pay that kind of money for such awful service and treatment

Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Had a wonderful stay with the family. Were very accommodating when travelling with a baby. Staff are excellent, especially Merva at breakfast every morning. Fantastic service throughout. Would happily come back again.
