Nice hotel. However upon check in we had to wait until nearly 3pm, when we were told would be between 1-2pm. Each night they check your card/ID when you come in late which is understandable. However the last night of our stay, without checking ID/Card a member of staff (Tony) said to me “you’re friend can’t come in” while pointing at my girlfriend. I did not appreciate this as it insulted my girlfriend and myself. He was extremely rude and was not apologetic. Especially as the booking was under my girlfriends name. How we were treated, I would never stay here again. Never shown the facilities either.

The room was incredibly small, making it quite uncomfortable to move around. To make matters worse, the breakfast offered was basic and monotonous, with the same options repeated daily. The personnel seemed quite unhappy and unresponsive, which added to the overall negative atmosphere. What struck me the most, however, were the exorbitant prices for such subpar accommodations and services. It felt like an unfair trade-off, paying so much for an underwhelming stay. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you're looking for a pleasant and comfortable vacation experience. There are definitely better options available in Mallorca that offer better value for your money.

Hotel was nice and clean, food was horrible! Paid for breakfast and dinner, but had to eat out as there wasn't much to choose from! Food was drenched in fat! Only catered for Germans. Staff were miserable! Never smiled and watching over you when eating so they could take your plate away! Pool area was okay. I will not stay here again!

The hotel staff is very friendly & helpfull. You can see they try to make everyone have a pleasant stay. The rooms and public rooms are clean and the food is ok. The guests however are horrible. They keep banging at random doors at night, yelling and blasting music at 4. If you want to go for a relaxed and quit vacation this perhaps isn’t the place to be.

I am going to preface this with I understand it’s a 3 star hotel. However, that does not give an excuse for poor service. Pros: - close to the beach (5-10 minute walk). - Nice pool area Cons: - all night you hear the doors slamming as they are heavy and the walls are thinner then a piece of paper. - Rude management staff, for a place that is pretty much funded on German/British tourism, you think they would be people when people are speaking their language, in my case English. Not the case I found them very rude, no niceness at all. - Room was dirty, hair all over the bathroom walls and stained sheets (slept on my own blanket on top of the quilt. - run down, needs a lot of work. - Beds are uncomfortable. - noise throughout the night is unbearable: if you are a light sleeper this place is not for you. - Food is disgusting. Given the price, I gave it two stars, however, would be 1 if not.
