Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We had the Level package, and the lounge access was definitely worth it. It had such a relaxing atmosphere, with great snacks and excellent service. A special thank you to Imene at the Level lounge, who was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, the staff were lovely and made our experience even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great 2 night break at the Meliá. Checked in online in advance so when we arrived (after midnight) we had an easy check in.
The room was large and well equipped, and spotlessly clean. We had a part sea view but sadly the windows were very dirty which did impact the view. No noise at all, and a pleasant bathroom (although the room having no bathroom door was a bit off-putting).
The pool area was great, sadly the water was very cold at 10am but that's not a fault of the hotel. Reasonably priced Pool bar and easy QR Code ordering. Life guard was friendly and respectful. We did not eat at the hotel, but we did have a quick drink on the first night - friendly bar staff.
Great little coffee shop outside reception, we used this on both days.
I would certainly recommend this hotel, provided everything we needed with simplicity and efficiency. Thank you.

Beautiful rooms with everything you need. Clean and tidy.
The service was amazing, with a very friendly attitude. The best part was the breakfast - a buffet with fresh fruits and veggies, plus a variety of breakfast options. The best buffet I have tried!
The location is also super convenient - 10 min away from the cathedral, with public transportation just in front of the hotel.
You can also rent bikes at the hotel (the black ones - you can ride everywhere and pause your ride anywhere, but you must return the bike to the hotel to end your ride).
Recommend!
*The room we booked was beautiful, but the bathroom and toilet are not in a separate room - it is an open space. The toilet itself can be closed with a wooden door, but it is not noise-canceling, so if you are worried about “privacy” while doing your job in the morning, you might better choose a different room type 😉

Honestly could not ask for better. We have just returned from a 3 night stay. When we checked in we upgraded to a room with “The Level” package. Such a good idea! The room was lovely and clean and well laid out. The bathroom idea did concern me but the toilet is separate so it’s absolutely fine and actually a really good idea! The staff were all really lovely, the girl who checked us in, Esmerelda, was beyond helpful and really got the holiday off to a good start! The Level really is worth it, having access to snacks is a very good idea and the ambience is very calming!
Would highly recommend, will definitely be coming back!
¡Gracias!

My wife and I have just finished a week of rest at the Meliá Palma Bay, staying in room 724, part of the The Level service. In a few words: an experience that truly makes a difference.
From the very first moment, everything worked just as we hoped for a calm and pleasant vacation. The online check-in was incredibly fast and, upon arrival, we were able to access the room immediately. And what a room: bright, modern, with a very pleasant style and a privileged view toward the seventh‑floor terrace, where the pool is also located. A fantastic surprise to start the trip.
Right after settling in, we went to discover the The Level Lounge. Here I want to highlight the warm and professional attention of Dominique. Thanks to her, our first impression of the Lounge was perfect: a beautiful space with direct views of the bay from the third floor, and a selection of drinks and snacks that invites you to relax and disconnect.
During the following days, I used the gym to maintain my morning routine, and it worked perfectly for that. It’s also worth mentioning the kindness of the housekeeping staff—always attentive and keeping our room impeccable. Those little details are really appreciated when you’re on holiday.
I was also lucky to enjoy the outdoor pool right in front of our room on the first sunny day. A wonderful bonus, because the following day it was closed for the end of the season.
The Lounge became our little daily refuge: a calm atmosphere, good light gastronomy, and excellent service. Every time Erinzom attended us, his warm and joyful Latin energy made us smile. These are the small moments that stay with you.
Beyond the hotel, we often went for walks around the Portixol area, just a few steps away—ideal for enjoying the sea and the sun. Luckily, almost the entire week came with perfect weather.
The departure was also seamless thanks to the online checkout, just as practical as the arrival.
In summary, our week at The Level in Meliá Palma Bay was relaxed, pleasant, and full of good moments. A premium service that delivered everything it promised.
